So Happy with This

The key to getting this great stainless steel sheet pan is to order it directly from the Amazon All-Clad store. That way you will not get a knock off like some low star reviewer's who had problems. It is easy to clean, we use it with baking sheets. We have a stainless steel sauce pot that cleans easily with a hot 10 -15m soapy soak so I suspect the sheet pan will too. Has not warped at 450* temperature. Bakes evenly and is wonderful for roasting veggies, baking cookies, etc. True All Clad sheet pan has All-Clad raised letters on the grip edge on the top side of the pan and All-Clad, D-stainless etc. on the bottom. I was a bit nervous at paying the big price tag, but wanted to not use the Aluminum 1/2 sheet pans any longer, the only aluminum cooking item in the kitchen, as there is an association with dementia and aluminum. I can say this purchase is worth it and a pass down to the next generation in lasting quality.

This is an even cooking reasonably sized sheet that is the best I have ever used.

Use this most days to make dinner. It doesnt warp and looks great.

Usual excellent quality

As always, the manufacturer puts out a nice product. No warpage so far after 6 months of steady home use baking in regular and convection ovens with various foods. Each to clean with Bar Keeper's Friend blue. First clean all loose food off (a brush works best), then just dampen the tray and sprinkle on Bar Keeper's Friend to form a paste, then rub the thick paste over the metal to produce a clean shine.

Great for cooking on

These are great cookie sheets- lower priced than the competition. We bought 2 of these as we wanted to get away from harmful chemicals in the aluminum sheets.

Perfect small batch baking sheet

I love this size of baking sheet for small batches. I had one for years and accidentally left it in an AirBnB we stayed in for a month. The owner wouldn't let me have it back and the price tag on these is a bit too high for me to replace it when I own two large baking sheets. Once I saw this one used from Amazon Deals, there was no hesitation. Highly recommend this pan for its build quality and performance, and the handy size.

A Great Product

I love this pan, food cooks super evenly. It’s durable and hasn’t warped although I follow the manufacturers instructions of preheating the pan in the oven.

NON TOXIC & worth every penny!

Looks great, feels heavy, NON-TOXIC stainless steel, aluminum core to conduct heat evenly - it's perfect and I love it!

Best sheet ever!

This product is stainless steel and it doesn't warp in a hot oven at all. The manufacturer rates it at up to 600 degrees F - I've used it for broiling at about 500 degrees and it performed perfectly. It is pricey compared to the alum. ones but you get what you pay for and this one will last a lifetime so it's actually great value. Because it's good quality stainless steel, it is fairly easy to clean with the right scrubber. I have many prof. grade stainless steel pans, including some that are All Clad and they all look as good as new. I just wish All-Clad would bring their stainless steel cookie pan back into stock so I can chuck my aluminum ones in the garbage.
