Second wind spinner purchased, both defective, your product is a no spin wind spinner!!

Obviously a wind spinner should spin in the breeze. This was the second wind spinner purchased and returned as defective since wheels were poorly constructed/would not spin or spin with difficulty. The product has poor quality control. Planned to use as part of garden display. In addition to disappointment with a defective product, there was the inconvenience/cost of rewrap and travel to return....2x....

Doesn't spin!

The quality is excellent; it is very cute. However, the wheels do not spin with the wind. It seems to be too heavy. If I had known that, I would not have purchased it.

Twisted Bummer!

Unfortunately It arrived kind of twisted, very lightly wrapped. Wheels won’t turn freely and I’m afraid to try to make corrections without breaking it. Bummer!!!

Poor Quality

Product arrived in poor condition. Wheels bent and the frame bent as well. Can't tell if was poor manufacturing or shipping issue. Wheels do not have bearings so it will take a strong wind to make them turn. You will most likely be disappointed if you purchase it. Not worth the trouble to return.

The wheels do not turn. Have tried oiling them and turning them by hand to loosen them up. But they will not turn in the wind. I bought to scare the deer out of my flower bed. Does not work.
