Good stuff! Works great! Good deal!
It's a basic, no-nonsense, practical solution, to daily living. Sure, you could probably find something more luxurious with a better smell, at a much higher price. But this is the best bang for your buck.

A little dab'll do ya
It's very rich and you don't need much.. hence it lasts forever. It does the job.

Water & Time Waster
The shave cream does an okay-ish job in providing enough lubrication for shaving any area on your body. Not much more than foam shaving cream. It just does it without the bulk. Now, think (clean) about the greasiest thing you've gotten on your hand and tried rinsing it off with just water. Takes about 5 gallons of water... Well, this shave cream is no exception to when it comes to getting it off your hands. It also clogs the blades and you need to vigorously shake it around in the water to clear it from the blades. Much much more than foam shave cream... However, if you're one of those lucky one's that can shave and wet wipe your face and go, then the lubrication this shave cream provides is for you. Me, I have to shower after I shave or I look like a burn victim that was extinguished with a golf shoe. So, the lube/moisturizer really only helps me during the shave. I really wanted to like this new (to me) way to shave, but I'll be reverting back to the foam cream once these tubes are empty.

Smooooth
Moistens well and makes razor glide

clear vs. creamy ?
good moisturizer but like clear foam that also moisturizes. Haven't figured out which is more economical clear vs creamy

Does the job. It is unscented (the whole reason). But is relatively thick.
Bought this because I have been using a Neutrogena gel that is no longer available. The Gillet product fragrance is impossible to stand, permeates everything and lasts for hours on you and the bathroom. This one is really unscented. Minus one star because due to the moisturizer (I assume) is rather thick, so my impression is that the shave is not as close (as with the stinky Gillet gel).

Nonfoaming
Wasn’t what I expected, this product is nonfoaming. Seems to work well, but I’m going back to Cremo.

Clogged my razor and didn't generally work for me
I have sensitive skin. Most of the shaving creams that come in pressurized cans seem to end up leaving my face dry and irritated. I was running low on my usual shaving cream in a tube and needed to pick up a new batch. The Amazon house-brand Solimo cream was fragrance free, came in a two-pack and cost less than one of the tubes I normally use so I decided to try it out. I normally use a 5 or 6 blade razor (Dollar Shave Club or Harry's) and normally shave every few days. My facial hair doesn't grow fast and doesn't come in very thick. My first attempt at shaving with this saw my razor completely clog up. It wasn't a fresh blade and I thought that might be the problem so I changed it. The new blade clogged up before I was finished. I ended up having to dry shave to finish off the patches that I wasn't able to get. I tried a few more times over the week. It seemed okay if my facial hair was barely stubble (daily shaving), but I still had to aggressively clean the blade to get the hair and cream mixture out. I didn't finish the first tube and tossed the second. I didn't test with a razor with fewer blades, but that might work better. The smell was okay, it did seem gentle on my skin, and the price was right. But it didn't work out for me as a usable shaving cream at all.
