beautiful "ruby & diamond" heart pendant...

This is a very pretty heart necklace. i like wearing it. The Lab grown diamonds are very sparkly. This Amazon Collection brand heart necklace is made of sterling silver and rhodium plated. The heart pendant hangs on the chain as shown on the Amazon product page. This fine cable chain is about 20 inches long which includes a 2 inch extension chain; also there's a spring ring clasp. The combination of the created ruby stones with the 1/6th Carat total weight diamonds is special; it really brings out its beauty. i definitely give it 5 stars. i hope this review is helpful. Sparkly pink rubies, just a bit over half an inch.

I am a fan of real products, real gold, real precious gems, but I'm not opposed to saving money on some pieces by buying lab grown as they are essentially the same. This is sterling silver, not gold, so I expect it to tarnish faster, and I was a bit surprised at the price for this considering that. But it is beautiful. I did not see a size in the listing, but the pendant from top to bottom (how it hangs) is just over half an inch tall, and it is also just over half an inch wide, if you put a square around it. It is stunning and very sparkly. It actually has more brilliance that many of my real and natural jewelry pieces. It might be the contrast of the ruby and diamonds that make the diamonds really stand out as they do. And these are the most sparkly rubies I have ever seen. Generally rubies are darker and because of that they don't reflect a lot of light. These are dark pink and pretty translucent. They are beautiful for your girlfriend or wife on Valentine's day, which is my purpose for this. The chain is dainty but not too much. For a sterling silver, pink ruby and lab grown diamond piece, this is quite beautiful. Note that they say "created ruby" and not lab ruby but by my understanding that is what it means. You can easily see each stone, so they are not too tiny. A little larger would stand out more, but at least it isn't tiny. Also, it does not come with any sort of gift/presentation box.

Valentines gift

My wife was over the moon when she got this for Valentines this year. It is absolutely stunning to look at! The rubies are a nice deep red and the chain is nice and long and the clasp is not a cheap Claire's type. The smile on her face was more then worth it!

Gorgeous

What a stunningly, gorgeous necklace it is! I am very impressed. I was wearing it today all day, my neighbor dropped by and asked me about my new necklace. When I told her eight is lab grown diamonds she told me that she sees no difference in this lab grown diamonds and what is considered “real” diamonds. And there is no ethical dilemma with these lab grown diamonds. Throughout the day I wore the necklace with a wight shirt and a T-shirt and it looked good with both. This necklace is a wonderful spark to add to any outfit. Will make a beautiful gift.

Overpriced

This Amazon Collection Platinum Over Sterling Silver Created Ruby and 1/6th Carat Total Weight Lab Grown Diamond Heart Necklace, 18 Inch Fine Cable Chain 2 Inch Extender, is way overpriced at $332.50. It is pretty, but is platinum Plated, not full platinum. It also comes in just a Velvet bag, with no certificate of Authentication for anything. Overall, I like that it is dainty and pretty, and will wear it. But I still think it is way overpriced for what is offered.
