Improved design for 2020/2021
TL;DR: They look great and improved the valve design for 2020. Low water flow is still annoying, but I can't entirely blame American Standard for that. A warranty response from American Standard took ~12 days, but I can understand that around the holidays when I contacted them. I am very grateful for the lifetime warranty and that they faithfully honor it! See pictures. We bought 2 of these for a master bath addition in 2017. The look great, and they handle well. The aesthetic design is very elegant. I loved how high it was, and how far it extends over the sink basin. Our first issue with the 2017 model was how the handles could actually wobble; there was nothing that really affixed them well over the valve. At this price point, we expected better. They even wobbled in the show room we got them from, and they had no explanation. The design (at the time) had the valves installed from the bottom up, where they were adjusted for proper height then tightened, and the handle was just installed over it. Over the last 3 years, the hot side of my wife's sink was not sealed well enough, and the valve & handle corroded to the point of no return. While working the warranty claim angle from American Standard, I bought a new handle set here to resolve the issue faster. To my surprise, the valve assembly design was improved: the handle is now already well-attached to the valve, and it is installed from the top with good rubber washers on each side of the counter top. I added a small bead of clear silicone just outside of that for extra measure this time. There is now no room for wobble or leaks. Water flow is still poor out of the box. It wouldn't even rinse the shaving cream off my razor. I have 50+ PSI at the sink valve with new pex, so I do not suspect my plumbing. Of course good pressure does not necessarily equate to good volume, but I get great volume from the wall valve too. While this could be due to the U-turn the flow makes through the valves, and the 90-degree turn it makes up to the spout, the largest factor is likely the water-saving screen above the aerator. Notice the description here (at the time of this review) says its flow rate is 2 GPM, yet its water consumption is 1.2 GPM. I'm sure there's some regulation that defines why these are different, but that makes zero sense to me. I did some rough measuring myself: As-is, my faucets produced less than 1 GPM at full throttle. I unscrewed the aerator with a large flat head screw driver and removed the pink-ish water saver element (see picture). The white plastic part should stay in the grey aerator, otherwise the stream is sloppy. After this simple tweak, my flow rate is now over 2 GPM and finally a pleasure to use.

Very beautiful
Very beautiful set. Even my contractor commented on it. I don’t know how easy it is or isn’t to install.

PIA to install
Looks good, as shown in photos. Install was a pain in the rear. I installed two of these and four Moen faucets at the same time. The Moen came with better instructions, a better bolt design and a special tool so you can tighten from under sink without a second person holding the faucet above. If I knew this, I would have bought all Moen instead of American Standard. American Standard’s cable driven stopper control does work well.

Beautiful fixtures that come at a cost
These are beautiful looking faucets. My plumber took forever installing them as the internals are plastic and cheap. Needed to replace the drain cord on one of them however they look great. The same faucet in standard brushed nickel or chrome is close to half the price. The polished nickel is beautiful but not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

Love the look of this faucet!
I absolutely LOVE the look of this faucet. I was obsessed with the waterfall feature, although in real life, it's not quite as spectacular as in the promo photos. But overall, it's a beautiful, classic faucet set.
