Very helpful after mastectomy

This is comfortable and is much easier to use than the binder you get at the hospital. It gets 4 stars for a couple fo reasons. One, the drain pouches are a bit high, it would feel better if they were lower down, but they still work find. The second is that the zipper on mine is very difficult to work. It does not go up and down easily and sometimes there is even a break in the zipper near the bottom. I can work around this, but I'm worried the zipper will break before I am done with the garment.

Padded mastectomy camisole recommended for heart bypass recovery.

I am pleased with purchase and am ordering another for wear and wash schedules. I don't like non adjustable straps, but can work with them. The arm area does not fit snuggly under the arm, which is ok because of sutures so I am glad for that. Have had it on for an hour. So far so good. Additional comment: The zipper bulges badly in two places and pulls the camisole up. It looks awful. I am wearing this for surgery recovery and therefore, to doctors appointments. It is embarrassing. I regret ordering a second one now! I don't know how to repair it, but can't try to sew it because of restrictions.

Love the drain pockets

Love the drain pockets , material is very soft and can tolerate it on surgical scars. I find the armhole cut a little small at the bottom .. slightly rides up into armpits where lymph biopsies were taken. Zipper is a life saver to get in and out of ... I would definitely recommend

Was this a used item?

Appears that this was a used item. Appeared to even have blood on it in 2 places on the outside. I washed it, even used Shout on it 3 times. The stains did not come out. Too expensive and very needed for after a mastectomey, so I am going to have to use it anyway. For the price, the item should never have looked like it did.

Sizing too small

Don’t wash/dry. Product not useable after

Unfortunately after purchasing the correct size I did not notice that these were hand wash only. They shrunk so small that when I got home from my mastectomy neither one of them fit (I had 2). I only have 1 other bra that I had purchased from a different vendor so I have to wash it everyday as I am not about to purchase them again given the price.

Comfortable

For a product that I’m wearing constantly for a week, it’s doing its job. Breathable fabric, very comfortable (albeit kinda frumpy), and good price. The only issue is that the material is showing its wear very quickly, so I wouldn’t buy this expecting a long use. But since it’s so cheap, comfortable, easy to wash/dry, and handy, I’m VERY happy with my purchase. I’m just going to wear it into the ground over a few weeks of recovery, then throw it out, which is good because it will be symbolic of saying “good bye” to phase one of cancer treatment - although environmentally, I feel bad about a product that has such a short life, but I’m pretty eco-conscious otherwise so I’m going to cut myself a bit of slack on this one right now.
