Amazing call for beginners
The media could not be loaded. This was my first year hunting waterfowl and needed a call that was simple and easy. This call is just that. The video I provided was my third time using the call, out on the field is brought the mallards right in! Highly recommend it if you are a beginner.

Great call, sassy to blow and sounds good.
I liked the size, color and sound. I didn’t dislike anything about it.

Nice call for the money... compare to classic commander call
Just got this call and started playing with it, but have not used it in the field yet (will be putting it to use in a few days though). It is very easy to use, and is quite loud. I'm new to waterfowling, and my other duck call is the original classic commander, which is wood, and smells like some kind of cedar. Definitely sounds different than the classic commander call. The classic commander call, being wood, has more of a rich and raspy sound, but isn't quite as loud. While I haven't tried this duck picker call in the rain, noting the fact that the description says it works when wet, I assume it will perform better in the rain than the classic, as I've noticed a definite change in sound and performance when that classic commander call gets wet. I guess that's why you have a lanyard full of calls? ..... One thing that struck me as odd, but probably is not a problem at all (did some reading, people don't seem to mind) is the fact that the darn thing is bright orange! It's not blaze/hunter orange or neon, but it's pretty darn bright orange. While all the forums and articles seem to suggest that call color doesn't spook ducks, and that once they notice the call you should be shooting them, etc, I just can't wrap my head around the fact that a hunting community that preaches absolute camouflage (as compared to deer hunting) doesn't seem to mind that some duck calls are bright orange. Why not just a dull olive color? Get all decked out head to toe in Max-4, paint your face, get in your blind and then throw a bright orange call around your neck? Only thing I can think of is for dudes who don't use a lanyard and drop their call they'll have something that's easier to find? I'll update this post after I use it out in the field : )

Grand toddlers 1st duck calls
Have twin 18 month olds now walking around the house quacking around. They are so proud to make noise and they are not loud as they blow little. Notice each day they get more louder and smile more. Best thing ever.

Not quite as I hoped but not bad.
I love Duck Commander calls but this one sounds too raspy for my taste and has yet to attract any ducks in my area. I see myself as a pretty good caller having killed hundred of ducks and have used Duck Commander calls for years but this one just isn't one of them I'll be using.
