Does not adjust to narrow strip!
I have fully transitioned to Aqua Joe for their quality, and this does have high quality, especially for the price. However, I took a star away because I had thought with the push button cut-off for outside nozzles, that I would be able to get a narrower strip of watering range for doing the side of the house or the alley, It's actually WIDER than the other aqua joe sprinklers that you can adjust the angle of the nozzle. If they made one where you could actually do a 10' strip, I would be overjoyed. Back to using soaking hoses for those tight thin spots. :(

Great...but
This is a great sprinkler, among the best I’ve owned. It’s solid and well-built, with a metal chassis and durable fittings all around. Its mechanism is so free that it will oscillate with minimal water pressure, something lesser sprinklers that have more resistance won’t do with twice the pressure. However, there are some things about this sprinkler that could stand improvement in its next generation. 1 The width adjustment doesn't do much. I’ve had other sprinklers where the width adjustment ranged from 50–100%. This one adjusts maybe from 90–100%. Not all that useful. 2 The flow adjustment knob increases the flow as the knob is turned counter-clockwise, and vice-versa. This mimics a faucet handle, but people associate turning a knob left with decreasing. It’s easy enough to remember this counterintuitive setup, but will you remember next year after not using the sprinkler for months—and soak yourself as a result? 3 The nozzle cleaner is a worthwhile addition and not a gimmick, but my old fingers had a hard time removing it for use. 4 Somebody needs to design one of these oscillating sprinklers in such a way that the nozzles at the ends project the water the same distance as the nozzles in the center, so that it's possible to water a true rectangle and not miss its corners or water beyond its sides. It's a simple matter of water pressure at the nozzle, isn’t it? Overall, a stellar product manufactured by people who care. Since many sellers apparently OEM this design, suggestions for improvement may go nowhere unless the seller relays them.

Not Reliable Oscillator - 80% Failure Rate
OVERVIEW I am reseeding a 14K sqft front yard and needed 6 of these to provide water coverage for the next 2-3 months. I successfully reseeded a small patch of the yard with the smaller version of this one so I thought it only made sense to get the bigger one for this project. THE GOOD Tons of customization options, spray width, strength, oscillating action, metal construction, when it worked it was great. THE BAD Only 2 out of the 6 would oscillate on the very first day and the next day it was a different 2 that would oscillate. So I went to YouTube, most of them said it would be due to water pressure so I tested my lines. My water line produces 80PSI and 12GPM while this sprinkler only needs 6.8GPM and 60PSI to work properly. I made sure no other water was running in the house, programmed the zones in the controller so that only 1 was running at a time....and still no oscillation. I could get it to turn a few times by moving it by hand but each one would get stuck a few min later. I tried everything, larger diameter hoses, running only one at a time, shorter hoses, different hose bibs, even made sure the rotating part had no contact with the ground....nothing would make them oscillate properly; just a clicking sound when they got stuck in one position. Like I mentioned, I am reseeding 14K sq/ft with thousands invested in the grass seed, lawn prep, etc. in the middle of a Florida 95F summer, there is no way I am going to risk that investment on a sprinkler that is not able to provide the exact coverage that I need so I am sending all 6 back. ALTERNATIVE I had already put down the grass seed when I discovered that these were not working and needed an immediate replacement to keep from drying out the seed so I went to my local retailer and got the Melnor equivalent instead. In the store they only had the cheap plastic version, in fact it felt cheaper in every way, but it advertised 4500 sq/ft of coverage so I grabbed 6 of them. Amazon carries much nicer versions with more metal and more options than the ones I purchased, but I did not have time to wait for another delivery. Melnor has a new customer for life (I got their hose timers as well while I was at the store), and Aqua Joe has lost a customer for life as well. Hopefully this review spares someone else the complete waste of time, money, and water that I had to deal with. So what do you know...they work perfectly, not a single one did not oscillate, and in fact I can even run two at once

A Truly Unexpectedly Great Find
This thing is SOLID! I bought it to replace a dinky one that I'd gotten on clearance for twice the price at HD years ago and am absolutely amazed at the value for such an impressive unit.

I swear I don't have an interest in promoting this sprinkler. I just ordered two more. Really! I was blown away by how far it shoots, and if you push the buttons to close off 6 of the holes, it goes even further. I literally said WOW when I first turned it on. In my front yard, I used to move the sprinkler to get the width from the street to the front of the house. Now it hits the road and house at the same time. I don't usually get excited about sprinklers, but hell!

total control of spray
I like that I can control, with ease, the spray pattern. I can control the flow and the distance range with two easy to use knobs / levers. Solidly built unit.

It really does shoot a few feet higher than the others.
I have 4 sprinklers in this style, different brands. The weakness on the others is brittle plastic width control levers, and degrading nozzles. For this product, I can't yet speak to the longevity of the nozzles and this model has no width levers. Instead, the 3 outer jets on both ends can be closed via 6 well placed plastic push buttons. It's a good approach. And I'm a big fan of Jethro. I have been using the sprinkler on the narrowest band, and also wide open. The pressure is commendable and the jets of water are almost mist-like. It's even possible to focus the angle 60-70 degrees and shoot a narrow band 50 feet to cool off a patio area for instance. I'm unsure about the volume knob as the lowest setting is far from an off position. I've added an inline valve on a 2' section. Recommend giving that a try.

Best cost benefits for lawn!
The media could not be loaded. I move to a bigger place last fall, my new property has a huge lot with a back yeard that will need so much care and work in the next few years so I was looking for a decent sprinkler since I can’t afford to install a sprinkler system yet. I am really surprised with Aqua Joe products, is is really easy to use, high quality and the best of it has a broad coverage . Still going to move it to 4 different spots on my backyard but it is perfect. Anyone with a median - Small backyard should have this sprinkler. Really happy with this purchase. Ps my puppy also loves it !!! lol

Don't believe the range stated!!!
I just tried this sprinkler for the first time today. The range that is stated is an outright lie by about 2000 sq feet. So the reason I bought it was for the purported area it covers and that is just not true. I would give it about 2900 at max. That means that all the others are not accurate either. It is sturdy and easy to use but this rating does not give you the input on if the range is correct in the advertising which is why the ratings come higher. I will try it again when my watering day comes up and if it does not improve or the durability caves I will send it back.

Il pleut fréquemment chez moi DEPUIS de sorte que je n'ai pas vraiment pu l'expérimenter plus à fond. Ce que je peux dire c'est qu'IL EST SOLIDE (MON ARROSOIR PRÉCÉDENT QUE J'AI PAYÉ LA MOITIÉ PRIX COUVRAIT AUSSI LARGE QUE CELUI-CI MAIS A CASSÉ PRÈS DU BOYAU CAR IL ÉTAIT EN PLASTIQUE. j'AIMERAIS REVENIR POUR COMMENTER PLUS TARD LORSQU'IL Y AURA SÉCHERESSE CAR JE POURRAI M'EN SERVIR. MERCI. .

Disappointed in product
It seemed very well built. Nice solid metal construction with all the features we were looking for. However, it didn't oscillate. It would get stuck in one spot and we would have to go out and move it so it would work. Then it would get stuck again. We couldn't depend on it to water our garden while we are away so we are returning it. Hopefully we just got a dud, but we are buying a melnor like we had last time. It's not as well constructed with lots of plastic, but worked.

Well built sprinkler, used it all summer now and hasnt cracked or broken as so many of them have. Would be nice if it had a bit more adjustment side to side, but it is for sure better than 95% of the ones I have used. Would buy again.
