Decent work boots

I’ve wore these boots for over a year now which is good Considering other boots only lasts me 6 months. I climb poles and walk through rough terrain for my job. I ordered the size in 13 wide which fit me but they don’t have 12.5 wide which would’ve been better. I’ve had to replace the insoles once and the water resistance last almost the full year. For the price I wish they would’ve been in better shape after a year but still one of the best pairs of boots I’ve ever had. I’m still using them until I can afford another pair of boots but they are still hanging in there

Almost perfect, but

After about 6 months the inside liner of one of the boots wore out and ripped open in the back of the heel area making the boots extremely difficult to put on and take off and even painful to wear. A month later the other boot did the same thing. Unfortunate because these things are otherwise the best boots I've ever owned. They are tanks. I've worn them to pour concrete a few times, rinsed them off at the end of the day and feet were relatively dry and the leather hasn't broken down at all as is the case with most boots that get put through that. Feels like the outside of these boots would probably have at least another year in them, but the interior simply couldn't keep up. Wish I had a solution to this problem, but the pain and blistering on the back of my heel is no longer worth it and I'm not sure I can justify the price for a boot that lasts less than a year.

Solid boots , but heavy and the metguard isn't much protection.

So I've had these for a few months and put them through some hard work , they are rugged boots and fit well ,I like that there are no laces but can be tightened with the velcro straps . They come a little higher than I'm accustom to and I needed longer socks just for comfort and so they don't chafe. These boots are heavy around 5 lbs for both . Down side the weight, and I purchased them for the met guard support, the met-guard is really just an added piece of leather and really doesn't protect from much , maybe dropping a small wrench but anything with weight they won't be of much help. I found them under $200 for my size and definitely wouldn't spent more after owning them . Also the bright yellow straps aren't my style. But that's a personal preference. I give 4 stars because they are what I was looking for in this price range and though the met guard isn't great it's better than not having one at all .

Comfortable but poor quality for price

These boots are comfortable but for 320 dollars the sole shouldn't be coming unstitched from the right boot and the liner shouldn't be coming apart inside the left boot. The very bottom velcro on both boots doesn't stick anymore. 1 year 4 months after use as a garbage man.

Good work boot but

I work in a steel mill and these are a good boot and easy to get on and off but the problem is the Velcro straps don’t want to stay latched I’m a large guy and they keep coming undone on the top strap when I kneel or sometimes go up and down stairs or ladders they would be perfect if they would come up with a better fastener like they use on motocross boots so they don’t pop open

Quality built

I like these boots. They do fit pretty well. My feet feel protected and they are good looking in my opinion. They are a bit heavy and can be a little cumbersome when driving a vehicle with tiny gas and brake pedals. But all in all I would recommend these boots . I must say I've only had them a short time but the build quality on these are impressive. Not sure how they would be going up and down a ladder because these are quite substantial boots.

Too tight

I like the design of the shoe and impressed the way it looks but normally i where size 9 but this one is too tight and i hope it will be OK after few use i guess if not than its a waste unless if i get one size bigger maybe 9.5.
