good 100 lumen head light
100 lumens a couple of flashing modes which i use that uss full 100 lumens \ decent light output for a bar style led bright nuff for direct sun but dunno distance visble prob no more than 50 ft 30 usd is 60 pecent cost of prob the best reviewed daytime visability front led, the bontrager Ion which only outputs 50 more lumens at 150 (they claim some high range of visability) so basically it seems well made used for a couple months now not sure battery life as i charge every weeks end (m-f use for 40 min each day) and when i charge it, it hasnt dimmed at all water resistant? havent tested but i think itll be fine as it is similar to my other lights of similar design a positive: charging port is not covered by a stiff cover that applies pressure to the cord and the port is wide open - easy to connect micro usb cable some other cheap leds all have tight fitting ports and/or pressure applied via flap con: the mounting system is an integrated rubber strap - means if it breaks your SOL but at 30 usd oh well lol

Adequate
Lacks projection of light. Works well for others to see you on a bike but not the best as a headlight. Good construction, lightweight. I also keep it in my backpack when I need to search for things in the pack at dark.

I like it
This is my 4th Cygolite. I have a Dash 460 up front, a Hotshot 150 and Hotrod 50 in the back. Now I have the Hotrod 110 up front too. I am a fan of Cygolite and like how well they make me visible. The Hotrod 110 is a good compliment to that set up for daytime riding. I do not think it is enough to be a stand alone 'be seen' light. But it's a good backup to the Dash 460. And while only 25% as bright as the 460, it adds value in the ways the 460 is weak. A true headlight like the 460 is VERY bright, but only if you are directly in front of it. The Hotrod 110 is much brighter laterally. It is a much wider beam that gives that "see me" alert to the sides very well. The Hotrod 110 is not bright enough to be seen easily in broad daylight from a hundred yards away. If you need that, a light like the Dash 460 will do that and do it well (In fact the Dash 460 can be seen from several hundred yards in broad daylight). The Hotrod 110 can be seen from 50 yards (confirmed with testing) but just not as well as a 460 lumen light. The only place it failed when I tested it was when the late afternoon sun was shining directly into the light (light pointed at the sun, with the viewer's back to the sun). The sun just overpowered it. Oddly when the light was in front of the sun (sun and light both aimed at the viewer) it was still okay. The Hotrod 110 is more than bright enough to make you visible at night, but the beam is not focused enough to light the path in front of you. It is strictly a 'be seen light' at night. Ultimately it's enough as a night light by itself. (Assuming street lights are lighting your path and you don't need a true headlight to see where you are going) Something like the Dash 460 is quite frankly overpowered at night and can blind a car driver. In the daytime it's a good partner to a brighter light. The 460 lumen light I have is going to grab a driver's attention from a further distance. Once that attention is grabbed, the Hotrod 110 will help hold it as it adds more light spread out over a wider physical area. It's not enough by itself, but it's a good addition.

High Quality - Increases Visibility
Seems to be a high quality product. Don't care as much for the mounting strap. Needs to be longer to go round the larger steer tubes we have today. It does mount just above, just doesn't seem as clean. That's the only complaint I have, provide a longer strap to mount this flush against the frame.

Super bright! Nice stobe mode.
Battery life is pretty poor but the light itself is super bright and not too clunky.

Best Bike Light I've Ever Had
This light is much better than other light I’ve had over the years - light weight, aero, very easy to mount, rechargeable batteries with long life. Buy it.

Exactly what I needed
Battery life is decent

Very tiny battery capacity
Very tiny battery capacity, when fully on it barely last over an hours. a good 20-25 less than advertised which was already pretty low. Also the usb port is hidden under the lamp when attached to the bike so I can't even plug it on my ebike usb port while ridding.

Limited mounting position
The light itself is very good in quality and brightness, however the mounting position is limited. There is no option to adjust the angle if you have a curved bar or obstacle in front. Now my light is pointing in an angle and partially obstructed by brake cables.

Well worth the money
I purchased this after owning the hotrod rear light for the past few years and being very impressed with brightness, reliability, battery life, and ease of use. This light is considerably brighter and is clearly visible from a great distance, which I find to be important for my riding. The design is more aero than others as well, and it's even bright enough that you could probably use it as a headlight. Very happy with the purchase anyhow.

Great bang for your buck
Best lights I've had, bright, battery last a long time and it mounts flush on the bike, no pivoting point or anything, so very stable. Definitely recommend this one!!
