Very comfortable

I bought these two chairs to go in my kitchen, They are exactly what I wanted, very comfortable and I like that they swivel. The only reason for only 4 stars is I chose chairs that had been returned and were much lower in price, but I think Amazon should list why they were returned, one chair had significant damage on the side and both chairs have scratches across the top. I can fix it because I do furniture restoration, but someone else that buys these may not be able to repair the damages

Overall I like it

I like overall it except for the cushion on the seat. It's not enough cushion for me I need an extra pillow. Do you have gel pillows?

They weren’t the easiest to assemble. Some of the holes didn’t line up, but we made it work. They look great.

Good barstool for price

We bought three of these for kitchen island. Very easy to assemble probably about 25-30 mins each. Removed 1 Star because 2 chair the curved back piece of wood did not lineup well with the seat. Even w/ trying to force it together by wrenching the center bolt no help, pretty large gap. Likely know one will ever notice- but I will know and it will about me for the log the stool lmao. I’d buy them again… although have not had them long to know longevity.

Not durable

Don’t buy, they are not durable. After 4 months of very light use, the wood is drying out, the paint is coming off everywhere. The quality of the wood is very poor. Don’t recommend. Not worth the money. I paid $180 per chair and have a feeling they will have to go to garbage. Below is my initial review right after purchase. ———— I bought 4 of these chairs. They are great, sturdy, easy to assemble and comfortable. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. There were some minor issues, like uneven paint/varnish in couple of places, but overall these are not noticeable.

29 inches is too tall but 24 is too low for my island, so I bought 29 and cut 1.5 inches of 4 feet that turns really nice.

Good stool but too high

The stool looks great but it’s too high for the counter top. Ideal height should be 24 inches. Nice colour of the upholstery and wood.

Poor customer service from Amazon

The stools were not difficult to assemble. Separate the bolts into the correct sizes and there is no issue. Stools are sturdy and look great. My issue is with Amazon. One of the seats is not right. I have been through four levels of “customer service” at Amazon who have insisted I have to take stool apart, package it and send back for replacement. They won’t assist me in getting a replacement seat. And only phone number for company is an international phone number. These were not cheap stools. Amazon is not helpful.
