Material sucks

Received the wrong hoodie than what I ordered and the Material sucks it got little cotton balls all over it now its no longer smooth disappointed for it being a $70 hoodie!

Product does not match picture or description. The logo is much darker and larger, the sweatshirt itself is shiney, there are no hood ties, nor is it a "heavy duty cotton" it is 50% polyester.
