Crocheted a baby blanket and baby beanie for newborn. Love this brand and never disappoints. Washes well and doesn’t lose its shape. Easy care. Love this brand. Only challenge is different sellers add a premium so I am forced to purchase other brands (Lion) with best price…baby won’t be able to tell.

Ease of use
I crochet blankets for the NICU unit for our hospitals. The yarn I use has to be a special kind. It can't be heavy, ruff to the skin. Or ant shedding of any kind. I have found this yarn to work the best. Yes it will split if your not watching what your doing otherwise no problem. If your looking for soft yarn this is the ticket.

Bernat Softee Baby yarn is perfect for blankets and a great value
My mom uses Bernat Softee Baby yarn all the time…she prefers it over every other brand and has made wonderfully soft and beautiful blankets to give away to our church, friends, and our family…

Pass on this
I normally love Bernat yarn, but this one was a disappointment. The softness is not as the label suggests, rough cotton feel as a finished piece of crochet. The knots and splitting of the yarn wanted me to trash the whole thing. If you are an experienced crocheter who can do so with speed, then this is NOT the yarn for you. I had to repeatedly undo stitches or stop to undo knots in the yarn itself. I will not purchased this particular baby yarn again.

Beautiful colour!
I've used this product many times before and it's consistently top notch! Finally I get to crochet in Soft Peach for my nephew's unexpected (to the family) baby girl m due in July! Lovely soft pastel shade and I love the texture!

Great quality, a bit overpriced
The colour is nice and clean, the texture is soft and the yarn is easy to crochet with, however for the price, it's less yarn than I expected.

I wouldn't call it 'Soft Peach'.
Nice yarn to crochet with. No splitting, and it has a lovely finish. However, I wouldn't call it 'Soft Peach', it's much more of a pink colour than I expected. Making clothes for my first grandchild, a little girl, due in August. My daughter isn't a fan of the colour pink! This yarn is more of a dark salmon pink colour. But lovely quality.

Not what I expected
This yarn unwinds when pulling through. It’s worse than the dollar store yarn I purchased to practice on. I made baby booties with the cheap dollar store yarn to be sure I could do it. Then I purchased this yarn hoping it was soft and easier to crochet with. I find it harder to use than the cheap stuff. Personally I’m very disappointed in this yarn. Oh well. Lesson learned. I guess one gets what they pay for in this instance.
