Not As Warm As Expected

The last full-size heated mattress cover I had (also by Biddeford) had 2 controls & lasted 10 years. However, before one side quit working, it got nice & toasty warm. This model has only one control, seems to get a bit warmer on one side & in general doesn't get nearly as warm as my first one. Since I generally sleep alone, I can deal with it, just a little bit disappointed. It's the middle of a very cold winter & I hate getting into cold sheets!

Life - Saver this cold winter during coronavirus pandemic

Love this heated mattress pad. Fits well, easy to set up and use. Preheat feature great. Ten heat settings with nice range very useful. Really breaks the chill from beneath, as it didn't seem to matter how many blankets or socks or pajamas we put on, before this heated mattress pad was miserable. Definitely a recommendable purchase.

The connection is on top of the mattress pad where my feet rub on it, wakes me up

Temperature control is good, just wish the connection was off the mattress instead of at the foot of the bed

Very little heat

Will keep it as I am in the Fl. keys, don`t need much heat, but this would not work in a cold climate, I have lived in cold climates and have had heating pads that get very warm and that's the way I like them!

Biddeford Mattress Pad

I’ve had my mattress pad since 2018. It’s awesome! Still works great and keeps us warm at night. I received this as a Christmas gift and I never knew what I was missing. So thankful to have a warm and toasty pad.

Uneven heating…

Disappointing because it heated unevenly and eventually didn’t work…started getting an “E” error I presume which stopped it from working. Shouldn’t have happened after only a few weeks of use…
