Eyeballs and arms gone immediately - still fun!

My labs tore this little guy limb from limb. The eyes and arms where gone immediately. It took them a couple hours to destroy the squeaker. Several weeks later, they still play tug and toss with the remaining carcass. Having aggressive chewers, I do not expect toys to last very long. This little guy (we call him Slimy Norman) has outlasted many other similar toys.

Toy is a little over a month old and is definitely being shredded to pieces. Overall a good toy but I definitely keep an eye on them so they don’t swallow the pieces they are shredding off of it. Overall one of the sturdier toys we have purchased. We have 3 bulldogs and a Sharpei

Destroyed in under 15 minutes

Our 7 month old pitbull mix is a super chewer. When I saw the word firehose in the name of this toy I quickly added it to my cart thinking that it would be durable enough for at least a week. But instead our dog had ripped the head off in under 10 minutes, and shredded in under 30. I gave 3 stars because at least it held the puppy's attention for a while and kept him from chewing something he shouldn't have.

Anika wins again...

My friend recommended a fire hose toy for my aggressive chewer, since she has used them in the past. As you can see it doesn't stand the test against my aggressive chewer. Picture one was two hours after she got it picture two four hours into it and now the toy no longer exist unfortunately. My dog should be a toy tester for aggressive chewers. haha still on the hunt for a indestructible toy.

Durable but watch the spots

I took one star off because the painted on spots came off the frog within hours of use and looked like a choking hazard. Other than that we love this toy! We have been though so many toys with Tallulah (our Wheaton Terrier) this is by far her favorite, and her longest lasting. Yes the arms, legs, eyes and tongue will get chewed off eventually but the body of the frog will last longer than any other “stuffy” type toy - and Tallulah still likes it even without the appendages. This toy has encouraged me to look for other fire hose material toys for her. I think it’s worth a try.

One of the best dog toys ever!

This cute zombie is one of T-bones favorites! He chews and chews and chews on it and it’s still around. Great toy!

My dog loves this toy!

If you’ve viewed the “after” pic, you’re probably confused by the four star rating...but this oddly adorable toy is a hit with my super chewer. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I usually give her a toy and end up throwing it away an hour later once she picks it apart. I make it a point to only purchase bargain priced, clearance toys (which this one was, with its excellent add-on item price). All eyes, arms, and legs were quickly torn off, but the core of this froggy is still holding strong after a week of play! She hasn’t even been able to get the squeaker out. So, yes, it looks like a mess, but it’s still totally useable. I’ll end up buying the tiger one as well at some point.

Don’t recommend

Returned this because my dog destroyed it within minutes. It certainly did not compare to other durable dog toys.
