Hard to lock, shouldn't need to turn the key to lock it.

I dislike having to use the key to use the lock. With the cable being so stiff I have to fight with the lock.

Hard to lock

I purchased one of these about 5 years ago and it has been great to have, so I ordered another but this new model doesn't lock the same. You have to insert and turn the key to lock instead of just clicking it in the lock. The key keeps turning out of position and is an unnecessary struggle just to secure it. Why they changed the design is a mystery. An example of things costing more and getting worse. I have to say it works though, even with a key it's difficult to break into.

Cable was okay, locking end was not perfect

Overall it was good for what it is. The end that went into the lock hole was not forged perfectly, a little chamfer on the edge, but workable.

Difficult to use

The lock works fantastic! Unfortunately, difficult to unwind. The sheading is not at all flexible. Even when I left it in the sun all day, it doesn't relax.

Very difficult to lock.

It’s a quality, durable lock. Just note that you have to have the key and unlock it every time you want to relook it. Very much a pain. Also the cover to the lock can get twisted and cause even more problems locking.

Lock froze. Not worth it!

I use this cable to lock the propane on my RV. Only used key twice since purchasing to take off to have the propane refilled. Went to unlock it for a 3rd time and the key got stuck in the drum and would not turn not come out. Had to rent clippers to cut it off. Lost 2 hours and out of packet the $$$ to rent industrial strength cutters from Home Depot. Save the hassle and your money and buy a different product.

Utilisation difficile puis défectueux rapidement

Ce cadenas était très difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. Puis après deux utilisations, il ne fonctionnait plus. Je le retourne donc à Amazon.
