Clips are both hard to open and don't hold well. Not solid overall.

3 stars might be a little high. The material is thin and flimsy, and the clips have a small opening so they're hard to clip on. They're also hard to pop open, and one broke loose once even though I was barely moving. Was hoping for something a little more robust.

Women it fits too

Why do designers thing women don't need belts? I bought three pairs of pants and turned out no belt loops and of course jeans stretch as you wear them so they were already too big. I had often heard suspenders were better than belts as belts can cause stress on the organs but I wanted something I would enjoy wearing. These work with all my pants, even the ones with belt loops and are much more comfortable than a belt on long work days. I simply tuck in my shirts and adjust the straps as needed for the different pants.
