Excellent for the price

Bought 4 to cover furniture at my beach home. The fit perfectly and work perfectly, I especially like the fact the when it rains, the rain run right off. Very good water repellent covers. And also, the covers protection the chairs very good from the pesty bird droppings.

Torture Test 1. check. Durability. check

Added July 2018 It is almost exactly 4 years since my initial purchase. I am back to buy a second set. The covers I bought 4 years ago are looking gray and the top corners are starting to tear (our chairs have squared top corners) That is after 4 years of intense high altitude sun + heavy downpours + hail + snow. We also get wind. Lots of wind. The covers are all still here. Good enough I say. Original Post July 2014 When I took the cover out of the package I was dubious. The fabric looks cheap - like the disposable paper gowns they give you at the hospital but thicker. "Ultra-sonic seams" means the seams are fused together somehow not sewn (there is a triple line of these fusings though.) Where was the "unique buckle and strap system" shown in the listing? All I saw were the tie straps sewn on the bottom corners. It turns out the strap with the buckle is inside the cover and goes under the chair seat. It is a little bit of a hassle to connect but it is apparently very effective. I got the covers on just in time for one of the wildest storms we have had this monsoon season. We had high winds with slashing rain followed by an overnight downpour. This morning the covers were still there. One seat was pooled with water. I pulled the covers off and hung them on the clothes line. The chairs are - DRY! I even sat down to check. Yes. Dry. I give 4 stars out of 5 only because I just got these and I don't know how durable they will be. They do not look durable. They sure got top grade on their first test though. Good job Budge Low Back Chair Cover!

Covers nice, but sizing smaller than stated

I love the material & construction, but the sizing is not very accurate in the description. I have chairs 28" x 27" that are about 29" high so I ordered extra small since that says 30x27 and 31" high. The covers are way too small so I ordered a size larger the next time.

Was hoping for vinyl but as long as they protect the furniture from the rain, which they do, I’m happy.

Lighweight Cover

I love these covers as they fit my small patio chairs perfectly. They keep leaves and misc. outdoor debris off the chairs so when we want to use them, we just take off the covers and have a seat. I can't vouch for whether they are waterproof. I live in S. California and it hasn't rained since I purchased them.

A waste of money

Purchased two for wicker chairs with cushions in September 2019. The covers were effective at repealing rain/snow for a few months but started to turn white and the coating crumbled off by the spring of 2020. A big waste of $ - don't purchase.
