Perfect for kids online baking camps

My kiddo has been taking online baking classes this past year, so we've been printing out the recipes from the chef before each class. They end up crinkled and covered in everything from flour to molasses. I purchased this on a whim as a birthday gift and it is great because it's a book and a cookbook holder all in one. It is slim enough that it doesn't take as much counter space as a big cookbook holder. I purchased an extra set of page covers and I'm glad I did because we needed them right away. The page covers are crystal clear and provide good protection.

Attractive, compact, and functional recipe keeper and stand

Got this for my husband to organize his recipes, and it's a nice, compact way to store recipes, as well as a handy way to display them when cooking. It is attractive and functional, and he uses it all the time We have two sheets in each page protector and have recently added 10 more page protectors and the book still reliably stands up with the magnetic stand, and it is only a tad bulky that way. I don't think it would stand well with more pages, though, so I think that the original capacity plus ten more is the maximum given the thickness and engineering of this book. Note that this book is taller than 11" in order to hold the recipes at a comfortable height for reading, so it is tall. It is nice and flat, though, even with some extra sheets in there, so we can still tuck it neatly behind the breadbox when not in use and it doesn't take up needless counter space. The cover is somewhat water-resistant (though it could be even more so), so it wipes clean from minor spills. The ingredient substitution list and measurement conversion tables printed inside the front and back covers are nice touches.

Perfect gift for anyone who loves to cook!

I gave this to my husband for Christmas and he loves it! The fact that you can stand it up on the counter is a huge plus! This would make a great gift for anyone that loves to cook and make up their own recipes or tweak an existing recipe. Also like how the pages are laminated so they are protected from food spills etc. Not sure yet how durable it is but it's a cookbook so a little wear and tear and stains are to be expected over time. Highly recommend!

Awesome Gift

My wife started giving the C.R. Gibson Kitchen Gear Vertical Recipe Keeper Flip Stand as a gift to our kids several years ago and she added recipes from family and friends. She also included some pictures and brief history with the recipe and the person who contributed it. The book was such a hit with our kids she started giving them out as wedding gifts. Of course she would adapt the recipes for the recipients and family. Our kids constantly use their books and they have held up great!

Great Item But Arrived Damaged

This is a great product. The organizational tab categories are perfect. The binder can accommodate a good number of recipe inserts. I had already two others and both arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the most current "Recipe Keeper" binder arrived damaged - see included photo of damaged photo and cannot be used. Overall, I am very satisfied with the two prior Recipe Keepers.

I needed this long ago

This is a brilliant idea that was long overdue. Clear pockets hold various sizes and they’re 2 sided. Having my recipe stand upright so I can read it while cooking or baking is very helpful. The book is a bit of an odd size, but I can overlook that since it’s so practical in every other way.

I would buy this again

I love this cookbook! Such a fun idea! I printed out recipes to stick in it as a gift to my oldest child who is living on their own for the first time. The pictures don’t show but it has a magnetic flap to help it stand.
