Didn’t fit as expected
Ordered an extra large size and the fit was still small

Good quality, but NOT FOR VAULTING
I bought these shoes based on online reviews stating that they were being used for vaulting. These shoes do not have the traction necessary to stand on a horse and my daughter was slip sliding everywhere. There is no rubber grip on the bottom, just suede patches. But, these are a great quality "slipper" or house shoe that could last a long time. I felt they ran a bit small (length) and needed to buy a size 7 for my daughter who is just now outgrowing her size 5 shoes. Overall, a great shoe, just not for the purpose I got them for.

I really, REALLY wanted to like these. FAKE LEATHER.
I have numerous photos but there is no option to add customer images on this product. I ordered these shoes in my size (Women's 9 - I wear a Euro 40 which is a 9 to 9.5) and they were a little baggy on my feet after the initial stretching for the first 10-15 minutes of wear, so I sent them back and sized down to an 8. I LOVED the fit- they stretched to fit my foot after again, about 10-15 minutes and fit perfectly- the elastic gusset allows for a custom fit. I had no issues with that elastic or the elastic on the heel although they could be cut a tiny bit higher. The soles are a great design- just grippy enough but still enough suede to allow for spins and a bit of sliding. The soles seem passably durable (I only wore any of my pairs for 3 hours total) especially since the bulk of the weight is on the rubbery parts, not the suede- so less matting of the suede. The suede did start to get a shiny where it overlapped the textured rubber sole after perhaps an hour of wear- where there were two layers of sole material rather than 1, making those parts thicker. I'm sure the suede on the sole could be lifted with some concrete scuffing or a suede brush. I'd give four stars for the soles because they are super comfortable, super flexible and fairly durable. But here's the problem- the uppers are absolute garbage. The material forms perfectly to the foot, making me believe that it is real leather- but then the surface of it begins to peel off where it touches the floor and also where my big toenail is (and my toenails are not sharp or long). I have photos of the toes of my pair of shoes after 3 hours total wear. The wear is significant. The inside of the shoe says that the uppers are leather but I do not believe it. I have a photo of the edge of the "leather" on the top of the shoe and it is white and slightly fuzzy. It's not the lining or a mid layer peeking out- I can't get a close enough photo but the black layer bonded to it is ultrathin (as thin as a piece of paper) and starts to peel off from the underlayer in rubbery shreds where it is worn. Even if it were poorly dyed/tanned leather (where the dye sits on the surface, rather than penetrating through the whole thickness), the undyed part should not be WHITE. I suspect false labeling here especially since the gray microsuede lining doesn't seem at all like leather either. In fact, the bottom sole feels the most like leather. As another person pointed out, the seams of the shoe around the sole are sewn with raw edges facing in (rather than being properly lined) which is cheap and slightly irritating, but I was willing to overlook it if the shoe functioned acceptably. I reported the defective shoes to Amazon and they overnighted me another pair, but the same thing has started to happen- the leather is peeling near the toenail and the very toe of the shoe even though I wore the shoes for 45 minutes around the house (not even in class! Mostly just sitting in a chair). It is shameful for Capezio to put out such a faulty product and I can't believe that most of the other reviews don't address the wear issues. I wonder if there was a recent change in manufacturing because both of my pairs had the same issues.

OK… Using these as a proxy for zero incline/flexible sole shoes.
After reading Katy bowman's books on barefoot walking and movement, I wanted to try that for myself. In the summer it's easy to be barefoot and I also tried the least horrible looking pair of Vibram five fingers shoes available. I have wide feet so most of the premade shoes aren't wide enough for me to splay my toes out – that's what you want. Your toes need to be able to move fairly independently from the others. Can you recommend a place where you can actually have she was custom-made for you but they are pricey pricey and also take about a month to get. In the interim ( and given that it's winter and the floors are cold) I went to toe socks and somehow in googling around came across these. They won't make it for much outdoor walking but around the house yes. Unfortunately, they're a little too ugly to actually wear to the office. And, while the leather is very flexible, they're still too narrow for me. I managed to come across some dance shoes elsewhere that had a much wider toebox. i'm pretty convinced by Bowmans research and want to try to stick with a zero incline/wide toebox/flexible sole. For people who are interested in seeing how that impacts their body but you don't want to pay a lot of money to try it, this might be a good way to go instead of spending $100 on a pair of Merrill's or 200 on something that's custom.

Perfect Pilates Slippers
I recently found these slippers to replace my overly loved workout ballet slip-ons by Blake Brody, which are no longer made. I tried other Pilates/Bar/grip socks but did not find the grip strength to keep my feet from slipping whether at Pilates or Lagree classes in order to prevent potential knee injuries. These flats serve their purpose beyond their initial intention. I have received complements and inquiries from my classmates and highly recommend them.

Big but comfy
They run true to size in adults, I bought these to dance in. I’m an ex gymnast and coach and like to exercise in them. If you have room in the front or back they are too big. Mine are big I purchased based on the reviews, but I’m keeping them because they are a great slipper. If you’re buying these for Tao chi, tai bo, yoga, dance etc. or you’re just an older person who likes to practice form and do a light workout I would recommend buying the size you wear in street shoes, work into them and beat them hard. They’re not a higher quality shoe, they’re a basic shoe, but they still should function properly unless you’re buying them for fashion purposes.

Perfect shoes for Barre, Pilates and Yoga
Love these shoes. I was looking for something light and comfortable with a grippy bottom for the above mentioned classes. These worked perfectly and are exactly what I wanted.

Alt dance slipper or exercise slipper
Thicker than a ballet slipper. Comfortable width.

Pleased
Good product. If you are between sizes, I would recommend buying the size up from this (e.g. I was a size 4.5, so I bought a size 5 and it fits). It's a little on the large size, with a lot of toe space, but they're comfortable and have lasted well with heavy usage. Overall, good product.

Delighted again
Great slippers, second purchase in different colour. Size is accurate and quality of materials and construction is most pleasing. Delivery was very efficiently handled.

Bit tight
They are a bit tight. Hopefully they can stretch some more. I would size up.
