Cleans and cleans up very well

I wanted to avoid the metal bristle brushes for safety reasons and this Nylon bristle brush works very well and it is very easy to clean, much easier to clean than the metal bristle brushes I have had in the past. Would recommend!

Best Solution Between Metal and Non-metal Options

Bought these to replace a previous brush that was clearly shedding metal bristles! Tried an alternative plastic based brush which also failed due to low melting point of bristles. Any Non-metal brush will require time to wait until the grill surface has cooled off! The problem is that soft bristles, like cheap plastic, won't clean the surface if it has gotten cold. So we tried these with excellent results! The nylon is stiff enough to scrape and clean a grill surface. Again, don't clean if the grill is hot! However, don't wait until it is stone cold either. We use it when the grill is warm and it works perfectly!

Great tool for cleaning your grill...but

I loved the nylon bristles to avoid the dangers of metal in food and seemed to clean well. ......Just make sure your wife knows not to use it on a hot grill......it will 100% melt the tips

The best cleaning brush to use on a Char-Broil grill.

I bought this for the Char-Broil Patio Bistro 240 electric grill, that I also bought on Amazon. This grill has porcelain-steel grates. You have to be careful with porcelain coatings... almost as careful as non-stick coatings. You can't use the typical metal grill brushes on the Patio Bistro's porcelain-coated grill. Not if you don't want it scratched and chipped, or have porcelain glass in your food. The Char-Broil brush was made for this, by creating super-stiff nylon bristles. It it still difficult to clean the Bistro's porcelain grill by any means, but the Char-Broil brush is probably one of the better ways of doing it. I took off a star for just one reason.... my brush fell, and the part inside the handle that holds the brush, broke off. Making it impossible to fit the brush into the handle again. Mind you, it fell 3 stories on to concrete, to create that break.... So, er, maybe that was my fault, and I should not expect the brush to survive a 3-story fall.....

NOT FOR HOT SURFACES

DO NOT USE ON HOT SURFACES. I have always cleaned my bbq while it’s hot before my food goes on. Did not read that you can only clean COLD surfaces, so 10 seconds of use for $20 not the best financial decision if you’re an idiot like me who doesn’t read before use. 2 stars because melted plastic on my bbq, but would probably work if you can follow instructions unlike myself.

Good Brush

This brush works well and no metal pieces to fall off. Here what I do. Wet brush and paper towels with hot water. Turn barbecue on to low, wait a minute. Brush up and down and side to side quickly. Wipe clean with folded towels. Remember this is plastic and will melt if things get to hot so move quickly but don’t panic. Works every time for me. Rinse brush with hot water.

Vous devriez écrire en premier lieu et en grosses lettres sur votre produit, qu’il faut l’utiliser sur les surfaces à FROID. Pas de l’écrire en caractères normal comme dernier commentaire dans votre descriptif. Je viens de scrapper ma brosse au premier usage.
