heated towels do I need to say more lol

The towel warmer works well. I thought the warmer would have heated up the towels a little more but, works good. I dont roll the towel up, we fluff them up and put them in and the heat transfer is little more even through the towel. I found rolling them the center was not all that warm. I dont take very long showers so normally I would start the warmer earlier before I jumped into the shower. Pros: Warms the 1 to 3 towels at the same time Cons: Takes a little longer then I would have thought to heat the towels when you take quick showers (not really a con) - rolling the towel does not transfer the heat evenly better to fluff the towels when putting in

Nice towel warmer

I kind of bought this too late so now I don't really need a towel warmer, although I can bring this outside and use it for my hot tub. It heats towels nicely, it light weight and has a timer so it shuts off on its own

Died at 2 years and 3 months. Turns On, Won’t Heat Up.

Worked well for a little over 2 years, then it died for no reason. Turns on, but will not heat up. Probably some kind of electrical failure. At $75 a year, I won’t be buying another one.

For the price, this thing is surprisingly cheaply built

It works and it works well. It looks decent as well. But for the price (150 USD), this thing is entirely cheap plastic. The lid, the main body, the legs. Even the "wooden" looking pieces are just thin plastic. The worst offender of this is the handle for the lid. The underside of the handle is just raw plastic and exposed structural pieces instead of being a flat piece like the top. Seems like such an odd design decision for arguably the part that will be touched the most. On top of that, the buttons just feel cheap and make a loud hollow "click" instead of a nice tactile feedback. With no towels in the device, the force required to push these buttons also tips the entire thing over. But it warms towels like it said. If I knew it was built like this, I would have bought a different brand since I chose this one because it looked higher quality than the others. It isn't.

Excellent product!

I have been enjoying this every day. I can fit a robe,2 towels, face cloth, socks and a hair turban. When I get out of the shower, I can get all wrapped up in warmth. It’s so nice! I had a towel warmer that you hang your towels over, but it just never got the towels very warm. This gets the towels nice and warm and works best when I put it on the 45 minute setting, even if I only heat it for 15 minutes. It seems to get warmer than the 15 minute setting. Which is interesting to me, but all I know is that it works the way they describe and it’s very comforting.

Nice treat for showers. Wished it heated up a little faster

It looks good and fits nicely in our space. It heats well but it would be nice if it heated up a little faster. It was a very appreciated gift.

Best purchase of 2023

This is the best thing since sliced bread. Easy to use, looks nice, and keeps towels warm for up to 2hrs. so if baths tend to run over the hour you have the machine set it will still be warm enough for you after that hour

** UPDATE - if you’re shipping this to a Canadian address, there’s an ADDITIONAL $70 customs fee you will be charged in addition to their $74 shipping fee (so extra charges total $144). Just thought to share this with my fellow shoppers so you have all the info to make an informed decision :) ** Now for the review: Got this for my girlfriend. She loves it and talks about how great it is for her pjs and blankets. I would just caution on how long you put items in it for. For people with delicate skin, 30 minutes might be too long and too hot for your skin.

The power button does not work and I cannot access customer support

I bought a towel heating unit for my clinic recently, delivered to Hobart Tasmania via Amazon and it does not work! I keep pressing the power button over and over. It did not come with an US plug converter so I ended up buying one, I believe most electric goods come with a power converter for overseas customers? . I have plugged it in correctly I've tried different power sockets. I want to know what to do please to get it to work or receive a refund thanks, Ruth In addition I cannot access customer support? I have had an email saying my question has gone unanswered? What support is there if the unit arrives and will not work?
