These are water shoes
I wear them all the time. Use them when out on the water in my pontoon boat. I have bought many of these and it is a real good price when I get them under $20. Size 12 for me.

Held up for several river hikes.
I used them on a vacation to Dinosaur National Park, Bryce Canyon and Zion NP. Did what I hoped they would do. They held up through a rafting trip and several hikes up the rivers and canyons of Utah. The fit was pretty much spot on to what other shoes I wear. They were comfortable enough to walk in for a short hike 2-3 miles. I didn’t push my luck and take a long hike in these. You need to be aware the soles are not rigid in any way. Just a slab of rubber underfoot. It’s not a supportive sole, but I didn’t expect it to be. Just sayin. My son also had a pair and those held up as well.

1 Size too Small, In-sole not even glued... Black variant more consistent.
I have purchased the black variant like 10 times, generally consistent in size and quality (1 time it was too small, one time too big), but this last purchase of this color was a total waste: Build quality is great and the shoe looks very nice, but the in-sole was not even glued and was 1 full size too small (at least #9 when I ordered #10 and the label says #10 ). When this shoe is the right size is the most confortable thing ever, but I would not call it a water shoe, as it holds too much water comparatively, and becomes unglued easily if washed in a machine. More of a sport shoe, great for boxing and wrestling. I am purchasing again, just because of how confortable it is and because I like the understated style so much.

Comfortable water shoes with good arch support
I have been wearing these water shoes in the ocean every day since they were delivered. I always go to rocky beaches and wearing shoes in the water is necessary. I would even wear these in a lake or a sandy beach, because I like to protect the bottoms of my feet. My old shoes were in dire need of replacement. These are the most comfortable water shoes that I have owned in more than ten years. The liner is nice and thick. It's nice to have good padding in the shoe. There is no thin nylon liner to come loose all the time. This padding is the thickest that I've ever had in a water shoe and will hold up well. It's easy to free up the padding when drying out the shoe, and the padding keeps its shape. These even have arch support! These work well for my wide feet, due to bunions, and there is no irritation. The tightness can be adjusted on top of your arch, so these will probably never have the stretched-out fit of so many other shoes. I need to walk down a pebbly ramp to get to the beach, and the grip on the bottom seems good. I highly recommend these water shoes for protecting your feet at the beach. They are very sturdy, comfortable, and practical.

I can wear them comfortably on my diabetic feet all day. Yay!
Five stars so far.... but they're new and I don't yet know how durable they are. My most comfortable shoes before this pair were my Deep See Men's Beach Walker Water Shoes - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00103EOSA/ - which are stillk excellent. The Northside Sandal has a little drawstring to make the shoe tighter or looser, and with my messed-up, neuropathy-ridden feet, that is excellent. The Deep See shoes fit me well with just their non-adjustable elastic. I guess these two shoes are tied for first place in my world, with the Northside ones maybe a few points ahead due to thicker, more protective soles in addition to the drawstring adjustment. One thing is for sure: They're both much more comfortable than the Skechers I bought for three times either water shoes' price. And Dawgs Spirit Walkers have totally replaced Crocs in my life -- for a lot less $$ per pair, too. So now I have three types of shoes I can buy over and over with confidence. I like that. Ever since I first became diabetic my shoe-buying motto has been, "Comfort is important, style is meaningless." These shoes are a total win on the comfort front -- and they aren't bad in the looks department, either. (And a closing note: yes, I wear them to the beach. I live in Florida, just eight miles from the Gulf of Mexico.)

Good for water aerobics.
I've only worn these once, but they seem well made and comfortable. They accommodate the ankle brace that I wear for water aerobics, which is very important for me. The heel box is lower than what I am used to, but my feet did not slip. They do not drain as well as my previous water shoes and the support is a little less than what I was expecting given the reviews. But, all in all, I'm satisfied with these water aerobics shoes.

So glad to have found these again.
Fell in love with my first pair and felt lucky to see them again. My first pair came from a shoe clearance store and they felt so good I was sure that would be the last pair I'd see. Did some digging and found them in a wide range of colors too. You'll have to find another shoe if you want to do serious running or hiking. These work perfectly for something to slip on right fast to run outside for a minute or as a pair that you don't mind using to work in the yard.l At my age, other shoes I've had were either to slick, like a leather bottom, or to grippy, like aggressive tread tennis shoes, and I've nearly fallen in them. With these, there is just enough grip. I love 'em. I know they are short term, first first pair is about six months old and still hanging in quite well, shoes, but they work just find for my needs.

Fits good, but slippery
The elastic laces give these shoes an incredible fit. The drainage system on the shoes works very well. My only issue was the man-made sole. I found it to be more slippery than the last pair of water shoes I had, which had a more rubberized sole. When I went into the pool with them, I was sliding along the pool floor more than I thought. It's more a smooth, flat surface that the shoes unfortunately don't do well at all. They make great shoes to wear around the house and for light outdoor use, but, as much as I hate to say it, I would not recommend they be used in a pool.

Great water shoe
I have a size 10 foot and the shoe fit really well. Used snorkeling and waterfall jumping and never came off. Felt more durable than water shoes I have used in the past. I thought they looked nicer than others as well since they looked more like a hiking shoe than a water shoe.

Great shoes! Shop around for best price!
Great shoes for the beach, pool, boat, etc. My wife and I each bought a pair. Same shoes, different colors but as my seller didn't have her size we paid about three times more from this seller so, as great as they are, you can get them for much less if you shop around. All around good quality, comfortable and good looking shoes. Great protection from parasites like ring worms which are often picked up through your feet while walking on a beach to which dogs, etc. have access. You don't want to being those home from vacation! Good water shoes like these will help protect you.
