Terra work shoes
I received the shoes, opened the box and found that the shoes were three sizes to big. I thought maybe I mistakenly ordered the wrong size so I checked my order and what I ordered was correct. I looked at the box they came in and the size on the box was correct for what I ordered. Someone at some point placed size 12 shoes in a size 9 box. Honest mistake in sending although I feel they should check to make sure what the box says is actually what is inside. I had no problems exchanging them for size 9. Of course I checked the size right away when I received them and size 9 is what I received. The quality of the shoe is great, customer service through the size mix up was great, the shoes are very comfortable. I only have one issue with them and that is the fit is large for the size they are. I wear a size 9 in the majority of shoe brands that I have purchased but these fit more like they are at least a half size bigger. While the shoe is on I can fit my fingers between my heel and the inside back of the shoe. The size on the shoe clearly says 9 but they are running a half to a full size bigger. I still love the shoes and gave it a 4 star rating, just keep in mind that, at least the pair that I have run bigger than normal. If I order another pair in the future I will order a half size smaller than what I normally wear. Overall, Great product!

Good shoe but not for me
This shoe seemed to be a well made product except for two things. The soul cushion seemed thin and the rim around the opening of the shoe started to rub a blister about an hour after wearing them. The material around the opening rim was too stiff and unforgiving for my foot. Others may have a different experience. These shoes may work perfectly for someone else. If they don't, returning them was a snap.

This shoe is a little big. I wear a size 11.i ordered a10.5. it's still big. Other than that, it protects my feet. They're not very comfy. I think that is just the nature of safety shoes.

So far so good
Shoes seem durable, I’ve only worn them once so far... but I gave them a beating as I work on pavement all day, and scrape my shoes on it as I’m working. I like that they are leather and one piece of leather all around the toe and sides.

Unfortunately, shoe sizing is off on these shoes. I wear and ordered a men's 8, which is a women's 10 and a European 41. These say they are a men's 8 inside, but also say they are a European 42- too big. So, I will be exchanging them for the correct European size. If you know your European size, use that. Note: the size chart included in the shoe description is even further off the mark for sizing! Third try was the charm for these shoes! There was no difficulty retunig and trying again. Once the size was right it took about a week for them to feel comfy. Now they are a very comfortable pair of shoes and I would recommend them!

Tongue needs some work.
If you need a quick fix for some work shoes/boots then these are not bad. However, the tongue should be a bit longer to ensure the best fit.

Comfortable shoe!
I originally ordered up a 1/2 size because I tend to be in between sizes and I ended up having to return them for the whole size. Shoes are comfortable. I work on concrete and my feet still feel good after my shift.

Simple design flaw leads to pain across top of your foot
These are the best looking safety shoes I've seen. However, I returned them as a result of a pretty significant design flaw. When I tried them on, I had pain across the top of my foot, which I thought was very strange. When I took the shoe off and looked inside, I saw that that the tongue has a lot of excess material on it. So when you put your foot in the shoe, the excess material rolls under itself (see photos), creating painful pressure points across the top of your foot. I was tempted to get some scissors and cut off the excess material, because I think that would fix the issue, but I decided to return them instead, fearing that I may cut them and they still hurt and then they wouldn't take them back since I would have damaged them. Also, the laces in the shoes are too short. You have to not use the top eyelets in order to have enough lace to tie the shoes.

Very comfortable! The extra thing in the shoes mentioned in other comment is just the linen underneath the laces, just bend it out and enjoy.
