Order one size up
I had anticipated these were going to run a little wide based on other reviews, New Balance and other brands a 13 is absolutely spot on for me, I’ve spent one full 12 hour day tooling around in these only to find the toe box is woefully narrow, I think a 14 would have absolutely been the way to go.

Comfortable right out of the box
I like the shoes. Only problem I have is after several months the cloth sides right behind the carbon fiber it splits. I'm also kinda hard on my shoes.

Had To Return... But I Still LOVE Keen
Let me start off by saying I absolutely LOVE keen shoes. I have owned 4 pairs. And I kept all 4 until I just beat them to death. And even then, they still held up. I've had steel toes, hiking boots, sandals, and loved each one. They're comfortable. And they can take a beating. (I work on construction sites, and am constantly around countless hazards. I trust Keen to keep my piggies safe.) However... this particular pair of shoes didn't fit right. And I don't blame Keen. I blame by genetics. I've got shoes that resemble water skis. I wear a 14 in most shoes. If I wear skinny jeans and put my feet together, I look like a putter. While my feet are long, they're also kind of skinny. I will sometimes get a 13 wide, if I can find it. I thought I'd give a regular 13 a try, since there was a $50 difference in the 13 and 14. (The 14s were more expensive.) They would have worked just fine, if the material on the sides was a little more forgiving. Or if the hole in the top of the shoe that you slide your foot into was a little bit bigger. That material was just too stiff for my liking. Again, I don't blame keen. These shoes just weren't what I needed. And I really wish they would've worked. They're light, they're breathable, the sole is comfy, they just didn't work for me. If you need some "give" in the sides for your foot not to be squished and squeezed, definitely get the wide. The stiff material will provide extra protection, and keep your piggies intact. But not very forgiving if you need room to move around.

decent shoe
for the money, it's fine. 12 hour days walking on concrete, no problem. they do fall apart fast as I went through a pair in 6 months.

Get a Shoehorn
Very nice shoe once I replaced the insert with a more supportive aftermarket insert. My only complaint is that these shoes have an elastic band that fits around the ankles that makes it very difficult and painful to get your foot into the shoe. Once it's in, everything's good.

KEEN.ReGEN is a plus, other aspects are a minus
Been wearing these shoes for 2 months in the commercial HVAC industry. Toe box is bulbous but I like that it is sturdy and wear resistant. KEEN.ReGEN has been an absolute joy to wear. My typical ankle and foot pain is non-existent in the Flint 2. The composite toe is noticeably lighter than comparable steel toes. Traction is amazing, non-slip for sure. Like that it is Electrical Hazard rated as well. However, these shoes are unsteady on uneven ground (gravel rooftops and the like). Also, I can feel the ladder rungs digging into my foot when I climb it. The Flint 2 says it has an "External Stability Shank (ESS) for midfoot support" but this doesn't translate to comfort on ladders. The width of the shoe is too narrow/too compressible causing my foot to roll on the rungs as well. Super happy with the price point of $99. Overall a very comfortable shoe for all day wear, even on big job sites where I tend to walk on average of 6 miles. I don't know if I will buy again though. 4 out of 5.

these shoes have a extra protection for your foot
The shoes are comfortable to wear when your feet are in them. The extra lining is perfect to protect the foot from the snow and the rain . but because of this , there are not easy to put on. This said, if you do not have to remove your shoes often along the day , these shoes are perfect. If you have to remove your shoes often, these shoes are not recommended , just because you cannot slip your feet in them and go.

Hard to put on, but good over all.
Great shoes, very comfortable once you get them on. They have a "collar" around the back of the ankle/ heel area that is annoying. It is really tight to squeeze your foot in there. If you've ever put flippers on, this is what it feels like. I need to pull hard or use a shoe horn every time. It's frustrating enough, that i wouldn't buy them again. But once they are on they are fantastic.

Grandeur
Malheureusement , les largeur D et E de la marque Keen sont pareil et trop étroit au niveau de l embout composite.Tres decu, J aimais tout le reste de cet espadrille de securité

Bad design
Firstly, I ordinarily have had great luck with Keen products. With the purchase of the last two pairs of boots I have noticed their sizing being inconsistent. These specific shoes had a major issue for me. Right at the point of where the shoe naturally creases on the top of my foot, there was something inside each shoe that would dig into the tendon of my large toe. That point seemed to line up with one of the loops used to lace the shoe. That issue wasn't immediately apparent just trying them on and standing in them nor lightly walking around the house in them. After half a day at work , and with a moderate amount of walking, I was hobbling around badly. I had left the shoe laces quite loose, but that didn't seem to matter. It just seems to be a bad design this time.
