bad manufacturing packaging, not the shippers issue
it came shrink wrapped in plastic and without a core, so it was flat...the outer box was huge and it looks like this is the way they wrap it. it causes creases every inch...! I am using it for crafts in very small pieces so I will be able to fiddle with it, but it will be a fail for anything large like a book cover.

Please explain the true definition of clear? Bueller?!? Bueller??!!
Just look at it! $13 a roll for "what I thought" to be an adequate insurance policy against damage.... technically it is THAT......at the sacrifice of clarity! When stage lights hit this material the screen disappears! Laminating paper? PERFECT! I haven't intentionally dropped anything on this unit, but during application, noticed a very vinyl like product. I believe that to have some absorption qualities as well as usage prevention (repeated motions over time causing an alteration due to abrasions) while minimal in most cases, still a preventable outcome. My need and application?? total crap! Oh yeah, the adhesion level .... a snowflake in 40MPH winds has a better chance at getting stuck. One more thing, Make sure to buy a can of "static guard" and "first time use" razor blades! I promise you'll regret not listening to that last warning! For the money? Not for me. Clerical use or other document preservation is more than perfect. NOT PICTURES!! You WILL ruin your archive using this lame excuse of laminate. I also tried heating my surface as well as the sheet....results were actually worse! Be all end all.... I wasted $13
