Solid Tool and Design Overall
Works cleanly with fresh branches up 1.5 inches and dried out hard ones up to 1 inch was my experience. It can do larger, but it gets harder and usually takes two cuts to get through. The one rubber/plastic handle on my pair slips a little bit occasionally by about an inch, and I have to slide it back down from time to time. It is not a big deal, nor a safety concern, but a tad annoying.

These are garbage and this seller is shady at best.
First, I have been using this model from Corona for 8 years and love them. They do break eventually but I get my money out of them. This is the first of the 2 most recent ones after less than a month of use. Notice right at the bend it says fully forged steel for strength. These are rated for up to 2 inch and I've never had issues before. In the sellers defense they did take this one back. The replacement they sent me bent on the FIRST CUT. I do not have a pic of that one but I did return it. They are REFUSING to credit me back, even though they are under warranty and will be credited by Corona. So the seller gets his money back but I dont.

Great tool.
It takes down 1-1.5 inch branches easily, way better than the Fiskars. The Fiskars have broken twice with similar branches.

Works Great
Couldn't find my old one, so bought another, as I liked the old one, which is incredibly tough. New one seems the same although have to say not quite as handy. Maybe just used to the old one. Course found the old one after getting the new one.

These things cut surprisingly big limbs
They are heavy. I normally use Corona's wood handled pruners, but when I get into the bigger limbs and trees, I bust these out. Generally have both with me on my adventures. Corona stuff is the best!

Professional gardener's FAVORITE LOPPER
Every professional gardener or landscaper has their favorite lopper. This is definitely mine. It maintains a sharp blade longer than oyhers; is well weighted and balanced; cuts large limbs; does not trust, and even when used daily survives for years.

Too heavy
They are great loppers but they are extremely heavy, not recommend it for people with no strength

Three Stars
Edge of blade bent upon first use, probably can sharpen but seems odd.

Bought these twice. Both times failed spectacularly.
Blade edge rolled on the first cut, making these instantly unusable. A few months back I bought a smaller pair of Corona loppers, which suffered THE SAME FAILURE on their first cut, and so I returned them. Fast forward to the present, and I thought maybe I just got unlucky, and so decided to try again, this time opting for a larger pair (because maybe I was asking too much of the smaller ones?). Nope. Out of the box, went to cut a ~1.5" red cedar bough -- the blade went through the first inch or so cleanly, and then chewed its way through the rest. The cutting edge had folded over (see photos) so badly that now the two sides can't pass by each other. Frustrating waste of time and money. Otherwise the build looks solid, but I have no idea how these hold up to prolonged use because both times they broke on the first cut. Stay away.
