So this product was originally rated at 5 stars, based off initial handleig, quality and appearances. I have decided to remove one star because the rolling blades are not even. What this means is it doesn't cut all the way through on the inner second blade. So I would need to go back and try to carefully cut it again with a different blade. In hopes that it didn't swerve, but creating more work and stress for me. This tool was to help me reduce stress and make my Task more simple, but it didn't

Good for somethings

It's great for cutting up cinnamon rolls but not so great if you want thin identical strips sizes for fondant etc. So if you do not need 100% exact sizes it would be great

Makes quick work of cutting long lengths of fondant. If you need all to be the exact same with, it's a little tricky. It has a screw to lock them in place but it doesn't work all that well.

I gave it four stars because this cutter helps me a lot with cutting or marking my dough but the adjustment between the cutters is not acurate. It does not hold the same distance between all the weels, so probably it is not the best tool for a professional.

This is a great kitchen tool.

This is super easy to use either for cutting, or for scoring, baked goods. I introduced it to the bakery where I work. They love how it provides perfect, standard sized brownies and sheet pies. This tool eliminated the odd sized pieces that sometimes resulted from 'eyeing' it. Easily made up the cost of the cutter by eliminating waste. I use it at home, too.

I really like this cutter

I really like this cutter, but unfortunately the blades don’t stay put once you have tightened the screw. You have to sort of hold them in place as you go, which means that I don’t always get strips that are cut equally.

Works good

It works well and I like that it is completely adjustable, but you have to be careful to keep all lines even since there is only a single lock on one wheel in the middle so the outer wheels can move a little.

Seems like good quality

Several people talked about the wheels not staying put, but I used this thing for the first time last night and it made perfectly straight cuts in shortbread 3/4" thick and 15 inches long. Seems like good quality. If anything changes after some time, I'll post it, but I'm thinking these things will be good for the long run.
