Can be a safety issue
This was for a 20" wheelchair. The cushion hangs over the edge some. It is very thick so it can make your loved one sit forward or backward in their chair until it settles to their weight on it. I rotated it every few days. And it has taken about a month for it to form to my mother's rear so she doesn't slip backwards or forwards with it in her chair. Just watch people closely that aren't able to maintain their posture well on their own in their wheelchair. I mainly got this to protect my mother's fabric wheelchair from her incontinence issues. For that purpose it works great. If the cushion didn't settle I was going to take the foam out and just use the cover alone for a seat protector.

Not a durable cushion
A friend had given my dad an older cushion like this one, with the same model number, that was made in 2016. I don't know how long the old cushion had been used before my dad received it, but he has been using it every day in his wheelchair, since April 1, 2021 for about 7-8 hours a day. He weighs about 175 pounds. I ordered this replacement cushion last month, because the cushion was no longer keeping its shape. This replacement cushion does not keep it's shape after only a few weeks. I'm very disappointed in the current quality of the cushion. His physical therapist has recommended a low profile cushion from another brand instead. Fortunately, the insurance has approved it and we won't have to pay for it out of pocket with it being so expensive. Don't buy this cushion for someone who needs a long-term, durable, cushion.

Very comfortable
Fits my entire wheelchair. The previous one purchased did not. This fits perfectly. Makes sitting in a wheelchair far more comfortable than I thought possible. Highly recommend this 20 inch wide cushion. I have a towel on top to protect it. It's easy to switch out and wash and keeps my seat cushion 100% clean. Good product.

Nice thick pad for use on wheelchair helps to keep one from developing pressure sores. Also waterproof cover for incontinence.

Good wheelchair cushion
This is used for the lightweight wheelchair we use when out. It appears to be comfortable and light weight.

You get what you pay for!
You get what you pay for. If your going to have to spend a good amount of time on a cushion don't buy this one

I thought it would fit our 18 inch wheelchair, but it's really to big for the one we bought. But by forcing it in sideways, it sort of works.
