Great film for windows
Easy to apply, lovely pattern and very effective. It lets light in while making it impossible to look through the window.

Looks goid but…..
It doesn’t stay in place. I have a water bottle at hand and have to spray the glass over and over.

Perfect for my needs & installed easily in less than 10 mins!
I purchased this along with a spray solution made for installing window film. It was like $4. I also had a squeegee and a box cutter on hand. I cleaned the Windows really carefully and used scissors to cut the film to the desired size. There are grid lines on the paper backing so it was simpIe enough. I didn't measure - I just eyeballed it because I knew I'd trim to the exact size once it was on the glass. I had two pieces of glass to cover so I basically did everything twice. For the first one, I sprayed a lot of the solution on the window, peeled the paper backing off of the film, placed the film on the glass, squeegeed it a little, trimmed excess film from sides and then squeegeed some more. It was great! I couldnt believe how easy it was! I had a bit more trouble with the second piece of glass because some cat hair got incorporated into the process and got stuck between the film and the glass - but to my relief, I was able to peel the film off, wipe away the cat hair, spray more solution and reapply the film. That actually happened twice before I got it all. So even with all of that cat hair drama - nothing was ruined. The end result was just as perfect as the first piece of glass. I've included a photo. I purchased this for my toddler's bedroom. We live in an apartment and like so many apartments; the lighting is not great. Her room does not have any overhead lights but she's got a lamp and gets plenty of light from her window during the day as long as the blinds are drawn up a bit. My major concern was that we're on the first floor and her window faces the parking lot with a high-traffic side-walk that runs right in front of her window. It's a great neighborhood, lots of dogs and other babies. People are constantly out & about. It just always kinda creeped me out when I'd pull up in the parking lot and notice that I could see right inside her room. She has a little play kitchen located just in front of the window so a lot of times she's standing right there. I just wanted to give her a little privacy without eliminating the bright sunlight. This film is wonderful. I'm very pleased and would absolutely buy again if I had a need for more in the future.

Pretty & Easy
I have a window in my hallway that looks out into a common stairway in a 1920s home turned condos. I am a major klutz when it comes to DIY, but I thought I would give this a try. It was so easy to work with that I’m kind of shocked; I am very pleased with the results that give me both privacy and something pretty to look at. I'm so pleased with the results that I'm also putting it in my bathroom for privacy and to let in more light and now I'll be able to remove the shade I have over that window.

Be sure to really clean the window and use an application solution.
Edit: I'm changing my review to 4 stars after ordering another roll and doing it again. Steps to install this: 1. Really clean the window. Use razor blades to scrape off anything that doesn't come off. 2. Cut a section out close to the size you need. 3. Spray the window with an application solution. 4. Peel the backing off of the cling. 5. Apply the cling to the window. There will be solution "bubbles" and the edges won't be lined up, but you are going to trim the edges off. 6. Use a squeegee or similar item to press the cling against the window, getting out the bubbles. You might want a paper towel handy to get the excess solution that comes out during this. 7. Use a box cutter or exacto type blade to trim the edges at the frame. My review was originally 2 stars and read: "Had a lot of trouble keeping some panels on window. Installed using a specialized kit. One panel regularly falls and must be readjusted." After reinstalling everything I haven't had panels fall off of the windows again.

Super cute, tricky cut
I though this was a peel and stick because I was ordering multiple items at the time, so I started to install it like a permanent on and then my daughter cut it too short so I spent more time than I’d like to admit finding the repeating pattern... impossible. So measure twice and cut once would be my advice. But as a cling it was super easy to go up! I liked the look a lot better from the inside of my glass cupboards than the outside. It stood out like a sore thumb on the outside.

Great product, easy to use
I was given these 3 small side tables. The glass was quite scratched from years of use, so when I upcycled the tables I researched this product to see if I could use it. It was very easy to use (although I did buy the tool kit as well to help get the bubbles out and to trim the edges). There are a lot of transparent sections in this particular design, so while it reduces the scratches that can be seen they are not totally gone. A different design would fix this problem. More cost effective than replacing the glass. It has adhered well and doesn’t move. I’m a happy customer.

Beautiful
Wanted something for my front window to stop the neighbors cat from peeping in and causing my hounds to lose their minds. Was enough to cover the windows and a little extra for the small window in my one door. This pattern is really cute and it does an amazing job on privacy. I'll be buying more soon I'm sure!

Great for obscuring the view
Great product. Easy to cut and helped by the grid marked on the backing paper. Slight reduction on full stars as first time round, it peeled off after 3 days. After more water application, it has stayed up now for 3 weeks or more so hopefully, problem solved.

Not for me
I have always used the stick on window film with no problem whatsoever, but that's almost impossible to find. Although dubious, I tried this static cling version and will definitely never use again. Despite doing exactly as the instructions listed, all corners are curling out and I doubt it will last long.

Good film, easy to apply, pleasing result
Our daughter had the brilliant idea to fiddle and remove the existing protective film from her, partly glass covered, clothing cupboard doors. She didn’t realise that several years ago it had cost me a lot of measuring effort to put the film in place. And that it was there to protect from breaking glass, even though it was attached to safety glass. So we had to look for some replacement film and these flower motifs she selected actually pleased her more than the previous milk glass film. Once more, measuring and cutting the strips to size was the most time consuming part. Then you’ll have to clean the glass and keep it wet to apply the film. Its reasonably straightforward from there. As long as there is still some water under the strip you‘ll be able to centre and adjust it. I always use a 50 cm sturdy metal ruler to push the remaining water and air bubbles to the sides and out. I had to buy 2 rolls, so it wasn’t a cheap replacement. But quite pleased with the results. And our daughter finds it a great upgrade to her room. Perhaps the only small drawback I would point to is that apart form the flower patterns its quite transparent.
