Worked like it's supposed to.
Puller worked like it was made to, pulled it out to the limit of the pressure nut, pulled some by hand, but the old cartridge was half way out and still stuck. Took the puller off, got a 1 inch piece of 1 inch sch 40 pvc ( or get a 3/4 in pvc coupler and cut off what you don't need, both are 1 in inside diameter) and put it on the cartridge to extend the reach of the nut. Put the puller back on, turned the nut a few more times, and got the mangled mess of rubber all the way out. Disregard the youtube videos that say pull it out with channel lock pliers, unless you're feeling lucky and the cartridge you're pulling out hasn't been in there very long.

Worked great for removing old cartridge.
This is a must to remove the old cartridge without too much difficulty. Take your time and it does the job.

worked pretty ok for me.
worked pretty ok for me, but it would be better if the pressure bolt were large to help remove the valve further.

Works like a charm
Did 3 cartridge pulls without a problem. Very easy to use and durable. I recommend for those stubborn cartridge replacements.

Ease of use
This Moen Cartridge Puller worked GREAT. I tried using the instructions that Moan gave with the new cartridge and their way I would need three men and a boy pulling to get the cartridge out. Using this puller made it so much easier. Connect the puller to the old cartridge and then using a crescent wrench I just slowly kept turning the wrench on the puller and in about four turns the old cartridge started to move out of the housing. So relieved once it was removed. After that putting the new one in was a breeze. Would recommend this for anyone having to remove an old cartridge. To bad they don't make a universal puller for other cartridges.

Good tool for its purpose
My 22+ years Moen bath/shower faucet had begun dripping at the handle whenever I turned the water on and for years had been stiff so I finally decided to fix it by replacing the cartridge with a new one. I initially tried to pull the old cartridge out using just a pair of pliers but I was unable to do so. I checked online for advice and saw a number of references to a Moen brand cartridge puller tool but it was listed at over CAN$40. The cartridge itself was listed at CAN$36 at one of the big DIY stores. Reluctant to pay 40 bucks for a tool that I would probably never use more than once, I looked for a cheaper alternative and I found it in the Amazon listing for this tool. Yes, the tool is made of aluminum rather than steel and some of the plating came off after using it but it worked like a charm and I was able to replace the cartridge with the new one very easily. Oh and the new cartridge it turns out didn't cost me anything because the faucet came with a lifetime warranty. So for the 20 bucks I paid for this tool, I was able to bring back my old faucet to a brand new condition and it now works smoothly without any dripping. Overall this is a good tool for its purpose.

Works good and worth the money
Very light material compared to my other puller.. but it worked well. I broke my other cartridge pulling it out with my other cartridge puller that was meant for a different cartridge so I wanted to get this one that was meant for my cartridge so I didn't break it and spend hours trying to drill out my cartridge being careful to not hit any pipe. I got the cartridge half out and broke it again with this one but that was my own fault because I started to put pressure from side to side instead of pulling straight out. . But having it half out only took a couple mins to destroy and pull out the old cartridge. So I would say this is worth buying just don't push side to side.

Well made, will be worth the money with a very stuck cartridge
Several YouTube videos about replacing Moen cartridges use this {or similar} tool to make cartridge removal more effortless. Turns out I didn't actually need it this time around, but I have other Moen faucets in my house, and the tool sits quietly at the bottom of a bathroom cabinet drawer...
