Nice bag for week end trips

Good Quality and Design Except for Tuck Lock Snaps
Well designed and made with nice leather. I have to agree on both counts with Bookish. The top flap is secured by 2 tuck lock snaps one under each buckle. The problem with the snaps is that the receiving clips are too large for the tuck lock snaps. Both snaps fall out of the clips with the slightest movement leaving the back pack open to whom ever is behind you. I am in Afghanistan so a phone call requesting customer support isn't practical for me. I sent an email about this to David King which has gone unanswered so I take it that customer support is on their list of things to do. My work around will be to take the bag to a leather repair shop and have the tuck locks removed. I'll have the buckle straps sewn to the bag and use the buckle straps for the ulitarian purpose of securing the back pack. Other than this issue I'm satisfied with this pack.

Great bag!
I needed a bag that could carry a sweater, water bottles, snacks, large med bag and etc. I wanted a backpack so I wouldn't get a sore shoulder that happens with a big, heavy purse. The straps are comfortable. Lots of space inside with pockets inside and out. I haven't had an issue with the clip closures, but the drawstring was a little stiff at first. The bag is heavy compared to nylon backpack. However, this bag is durable and well made. When you sit it down, it doesn't collapse or fall over. It is unisex looking, but I added some key chains that my daughter gave me which made it 'girlie' enough for me. I like the look of the pockets rather than the zippers. It looks stylish rather than a cheap student bag. The bag came quickly and I'm really happy with my purchase.

Size and Leather is okay but metal latches do not work and Very POOR customer service
Although the design is nice and the leather adequate the latches are of poor quality and break immediately (for me at least). When I took this problem to the seller LUGGAGE PROS they gave me the email to the designer David King. In other words LUGGAGE PROS DID NOT HELP ME. It appears they just passed the buck. I received no help from Luggage Pros to fix this problem .

Happy purchase.
For starters, I got this backpack within two days. This is REAL leather, thick, durable and should last a very long time. It looks better in person than in the pictures. There is enough room to carry all the essential items that I'm using it for: school and for business. The side pockets are deep and I use them to hold my camera, keys, digital voice recorder and my cell phone. The straps could be a tad wider, but I'm not going to hold that against them. There is a zipper pouch that I use to carry my passport and other odds 'n ends. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a backpack that is well made, durable and looks great.

Excellent, classy leather backpack.
Item received as promised. Would buy from LuggagePro marketplace again. Backpack is beautiful with soft, supple leather and no weathered look, but doesn't look like fake leather either. Big enough to be useful on a vacation trip, without being overwhelmingly large and bulky. Wide open top makes it easy to load. Side pockets make for convenient storage of items to which you need quick access.

Well Made & matched other David King & Co. 20 X 10 Inch Duffel I purchased. Leather is great & hardware seems substantial.
