Runs On the Large Side

The C9 Champion Girls' Performance Tank are a good choice for activities where one would be active. I got the size medium (7-8) for my oldest daughter whom usually wears a 10-12. I am glad I went with a size smaller because it does run a little wider and longer than expected. The top is 100% Polyester; Piecing: 86% Polyester and 14% Spandex. It is thin and breathable and does dry very quickly when damp. The top is light-weight and breathable. I would stress wearing a sports bra beneath since the light color is a little see-through. The arm holes don't gape. I like the top isn't super fitted on my child. It is what I would call a loose casual fit. It doesn't cling to the body. The color is nice and goes with most of her tees and active style tank tops. It is comfortable to wear I am told. My daughter likes the back of the neck design and that it's tagless. I have washed it cold and let hang to dry and have noticed no shrinkage or fading. It is constructed well with no loose strings or off-seaming. I recommend this top but just know it runs a little large.

Perfect for summer!!

This brand is my favorite for kids summer active clothing. It is comfortable, fits well, easy to care for, and has great style.

Fragile fabric

This tank top fits true to size. The cut is cute and unusual. The mesh pleating looks great, but be sure to remember sunscreen under it. The color is a nice refreshing cheerful spring blue. The fabric is unique. It I very thin, stretchy and breathable. It dries quickly. It's ideal for a hot summer day. It also feels a little rough and scratchy and it has a texture that feels like the fabric is going to snag at the merest hint of anything rough touching it. I'm not confident it's going to last through the summer, but I will hope for the best.

Very cute and comfortable, but thin enough to be see-through

This shirt is really cute and comes in some great colors, however it's almost too lightweight because it's pretty see-through. It definitely gets two thumbs up for comfort, stretch, fit and cuteness. The gathered mesh section in the back adds uniqueness to the shirt, perfect for wearing ponytails and showing it off. It washes up really well and I haven't noticed any fading. It pairs super cute with some colored leggings as a sporty little outfit. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars it is so thin that it's quite see-through.

Great summer staple!

I got this 7/8 top for my 7.5 year old who currently wears a girls S/M or 7. She is a slender build and average height. This fits her well with a little on the big side! I would say it is a little long, but not too long and gives room to grow. It seems to be made more for a slender build width wise so I'm not sure how it would fit a sportier built girl! We live in Texas so tank tops are a most of the year closet staple. My daughter can also be particular about fabrics being itchy etc and she LOVES this shirt. Since we got it she wears it non stop. I love that it has no tag and the color is bright. We have had no shrinkage or color fade after a few washes. The little mesh detail in the back is cute and makes it feel a little more fun.

My Daughter Loves It

One of my daughter's is a tomboy so getting girls clothes that she'll actually wear is a challenge. This is made extra difficult by the fact she is very sensitive to texture and if something isn't comfortable she'll literally strip it off in front of anyone no matter where we are. We are hoping she'll grow out of that but for now, we try to find girl's clothes that she likes but about 1/2 her wardrobe is boys clothes that can pass for unisex. This top is great. She loves the color. She hasn't said one thing about it being uncomfortable and has actually asked to wear it more than once. The quality is good. It holds up well in the wash. Fits as expected. Definitely a great addition to a child's summer wardrobe.

Got this to match with the Champion shorts (like in the picture) and I am so glad I did. This is a great outfit for those hot summer days. The material is light weight and breaths with her. It is stretchy and super soft and comfortable. My daughter has dark hair and is pretty tan in the summer so this color looks great on her. So even if we are running to the store or running an errand after she has gone outside to play, she still looks great, fresh and stylish for those hot summer days. The fit and the material are both very high quality. I am giving this 5 stars
