Toddler proof

We got this bc our toddler recently learned how to open the front door and the deadbolt lol, GREAT! This has saved us from her running into the street like a mad woman. Very sturdy, super easy to install, definitely high quality and break proof.

I wanted a simple lock for my front door especially one that my young child cannot reach. Easy for me to install, no complicated tool necessary. Durable and strong.

Metal door requires sheet metal screws

The right screws for my installation were not included. The directions led me to believe that pre drilling the holes would suffice. Not the case. A trip to the store later it’s installed and working great with sheet metal self drilling screws.

good lock but short chain

This lock was easy to install but limited in position because the chain is very short.

Fast installation. Works.

I installed this in about 10 minutes. I use it to keep my little ones from getting out of the house unnoticed. I think as a last resort this lock could keep an honest man honest. If someone wants to get in your house, they will. This lock will at least make sure their arrival is very loud. I can hear from the other end of the house when my toddler tries to leave or when my spouse forgets to undo the lock. I am a large, heavy handed man, and I have opened the door with intention a few times while this was engaged and I haven't destroyed it yet. Works well for my purposes.
