Cute!
It is cute! I ordered sizes 6-8 please be aware that sizes run small! My kiddo is size 6 right now and it fits him just right if he was 7 or more, it would not fit at all. Zipper doesn't come as low as the picture show. so if there is a dress up in school on Halloween, I recommend to practice the zip up and down ( as it is moving a little hard) and the take off as it is tight a little bit ( at least for my son who is not lean but not chunky either) for bathroom breaks. Since child spent like 3 days in the costume, it got stains ( food, dirt) I had to wash it. It did not shrink, color did not run. I washed it with cold water regular cotton program. Hat is ok but it is baggy in the back as it is held together with elastic. Shield has to be bent if you don't like the flat cheap look. I used a rubber band for couple of days and it did a good job. Overall it is cute and space loving children will truly enjoy it! My kiddo has a very soft spot for Challenger so this is kind of his tribute to those who lost their lives in January of 1986.

Cute costume but the hat missed the mark!
We ordered this outfit for my sons preschool graduation because they had to dress up as what they want to be when they grow up. The order did arrive quickly and we were pleased with that. First, the color of the costume isn't the orange that is on the picture. It is actually a bright fluorescent orange. That was okay because he liked it and he stood out even more among the doctors and cowboys and cowgirls. The part that was so disappointing was the "hat" that came with the costume. This was the most deformed hat I have ever seen. He could not wear it at all. One side of the bill had way too much material and stuck out really far while the other side didn't. The rest of the hat was distorted as well. It could not be worn and was useless garbage. That was disappointing for our child because all little boys love to wear hats! It was also disappointing for us to have payed for something that couldn't be used. I realize this is more of a manufacturing problem and not really a sellers issue, but when selling items people should be aware and include that in the description. Overall, his outfit was a success and he was cute as a button. I just think others should know exactly what they are getting when they order this astronaut costume.

Good Costume
My son wore this for Halloween this year and loved it! It fit well. My one complaint, as others have mentioned, was that the hat was not as expected, but that didn't bother him at all! He was smiling all night!

I loved it!
I used this to create a Rocket Raccoon costume for my daughter. I just snipped off the patches than used iron on patches, with a towel on top of course, to create the rest of it. It's made very well and has plently of room for underclothes in case it's cold outside. I loved it!

Good quality and as advertised. Fun with this one.
Good quality item (ordered something similar from elsewhere on Amazon and it was abysmal, so I can make the comparison!) This looks good and is as advertised. Material quality of the flight suit is good. I think the hat was a bit flimsy but not bad you of course you don't have to use it. Fun for kids fancy dress and should last a while.
