Bassinet is messed up

I want to give this 5 stars, but the bassinet they included with ours is weird. As if the instructions weren't clear enough as to which side is intended to be top/bottom, either the velcro or clips are facing the wrong way. One or the other is backwards. I think it was a manufacturing error. We got it in the pack n play, but had to twist the straps to get it to hang facing the correct direction to be able to velcro the mattress to it. It's hard to explain. I'd take a picture, but the baby is sound asleep in it. Other than that, love it so far. Hoping it'll stand the test of time until we decide to transition him to his crib.

Very nice

Baby loves it. I am on occasion having problems with the one side staying solid. I don’t know how to explain it … just the side doesn’t stay propped up. But other than that it’s great. I always make sure it’s snapped in fully and I jiggle it before I let her get into it.

Missing Organizer

Purchased for use by our first grandchild due this summer. Received on time and we “assembled” over the weekend. Very easy to put together. Will not fit through most doorways without collapsing. Contacted Delta Children regarding missing Organizer that snaps on one end of play yard. Called them on Sunday and received a voicemail that their offices open on Monday at 8:30 am ET. Called back on Monday morning and received a voicemail that “due to COVID” I now must send them an email and they will get back to me. (Where was this voicemail on Sunday?) Sent them an email and here is part of their response: “This automated reply confirms that we've received your message. A support ticket has been created and one of our team members will review it and get back to you ASAP. Please note that we have received an increase in volume and are currently working diligently to assist all of our consumers. All messages are answered in the order that we receive them.” It is now Tuesday late afternoon. Apparently their idea of ASAP and my idea of ASAP differ greatly. I realize there may be many emails ahead of mine, but perhaps many could be eliminated if their product quality control was increased so items are not leaving their warehouse without ALL parts included. Right now I take their email to mean don’t bother us again…just wait for us to get around to you if we feel like it.

Love it but not made in USA

I was looking for items made in the USA and this says country of origin is USA but it was made in China. That is the only disappointing thing about it.

Light weight but quality is not average

Overall great for temp use, light weight, easy to assemble and move. Changing table is slippery due to which baby slips to edge. Matters has dip after 2 months of use

It’s not a big brand name but it’s just like them! Love it
