MAY be a re-furb... not clear in the description, but looks new... proceed with caution
Our kitchen design calls for this particular configuration faucet and in ORB. Hard to find so purchased here - delivered after a nearly two-month wait. While the box and its contents appear new, there was a sticker on the box that read "Delta Recertified Product." Unless I totally missed it -- and I'm usually pretty careful when buying stuff like this on Amazon -- there was nothing in the description about this. Not sure what this means (no info in the box) and just re-read the description and didn't see anything obvious to indicate a refurb. A little disappointed considering with is a Delta faucet. Proceed with caution if you purchase

Best Faucet in the World!
Hello people!! To me, a faucet is pretty much the centerpiece of any kitchen. So, I wanted to find the best one that would stand out, without looking too "old timey". I'm excessively picky, and I wanted a quality product above all. I looked at all sorts for about 3 months, and believe me, this one is the best. I bet I looked at 75 or 80 different faucets before choosing this one. As far as construction goes, it's built like a tank, and stands tall and proud! I can only describe it as an "elegant monster". The best part about the Delta is its the only one with a magnet to hold the sprayer in. Anyone who had one without would know that over time the sprayer gets dangly and looks hideous. Mounting options are quite simple. Both the faucet and handle take the same size hole, so you can arrange it however you want for you lefties out there. I read another review on this that complained of water collection around the bottom. I didn't even chance using the gaskets the faucet came with, and got some better rubber gaskets prior to mounting. I haven't had one single drop of water come from somewhere it's not supposed to. I also had the luxury of mounting it on a new sink before it was installed, so that may have contributed to the faucet being nice and tight. I have found through experience, when there is water coming from the gasket area, it's most often because the faucet is not mounted as tight as it should be. I looked at Moen and other big names, but they all were made largely of plastic and felt extremely cheap. I don't trust plastic, and I'm certainly not going to pay 300 bucks for 10 bucks worth of plastic. The only other brand that I really considered was Danze. Danze products are all metal and bulletproof, but they are BIG bucks. I did consider the Delta Pilar Touch2O model, but I got to thinking... I learned back in kindergarten that electric and water don't mix... and I didn't want any trouble, so I took a pass on that. Also a nice looking faucet though.. Overall, I am highly impressed with the quality and thoughtful detail of Delta products. You can tell that they're not cheezing out like other companies. Ya know, sacrificing quality of the product so the CEO can afford his yacht payment... Yea, Delta is TOP QUALITY and I feel confident in outfitting my entire home with their products! UPDATE 2/2016! This faucet is still working perfectly! The color coating is holding up nicely, and with a good wipe-down, she still looks brand new! I have found only one gripe: The little hot/cold color insert that goes in the screw hole of the handle fell out at some point, and was no doubt devoured by my disposal. I haven't bothered to get a new one, mainly because it's not noticeable and not worth the trouble. If I had to do it over again, I'd have squirted a dot of blue Loctite in there to hold it better. Other than that, I've had ZERO problems and the faucet continues to perform admirably every day! .

Not for every sink
Easy install, all things considered. It was harder to remove my previous Price Pfister than to install this. If dealing with a 3 or 4-hole sink, you have to really plan and consider the space under the sink before you settle on a two-piece faucet such as this. Case in point. I have a 4-hole sink and have always had 3-piece faucets: spout, handle and a separate spray hose, plus the air valve for the dishawasher on the end. I liked the style of this faucet, and had to get creative in filling in or covering the extra hole (since the hose is a pullout). I got a matching soap dispenser (not cheap) for the extra hole. Good idea, right? After mounting the spout and the handle side-by-side as shown in the product photo, I discovered that there is no way the soap dispenser will fit in the next hole because of the disposal unit and air valve hose under the sink. I had to remove the handle and move it one hole over, and the soap dispenser is now in between the spout and the handle. A bit counterintuitive and perhaps less than ideal aesthetically. Nothing against this faucet, but it was not a perfect fit for my sink. Also, the water hoses that came with it did not fit in diameter my water pipes. I panicked briefly thinking I ordered the wrong product, but a last minute (before closing time) trip to the hardware store and a chat with the knowledgeable staff helped me pick out the correct adapters. This $10 (give or take) part should have been included with this near-$300 item, in my opinion, to save the owner the unnecessary stress and extra time expenditure. Now that it's installed, it looks and works great. The pullout hose is a big improvement on the last faucet.

Same 2 issues as other reviewers indicated
We like the faucet very much, style and configuration. We purchased it because we had to find one that would fit the predrilled hole placement in our stone counter when replacing an older faucet. We also liked that it was a brand that would be easy to find replacement parts for. Unfortunately I couldn’t give it a 5 star review because it has the same 2 issues that previous reviewers have indicated...the water sometimes keeps running or dripping if it is not shut off exactly in the center of the hot and cold and the little cover that goes over the set screw holding the handle on popped off within the first week and went down the disposal. But we still like it and it seems that it will hold up better than the pricey Kohler that required repeated plumber intervention that we we were replacing

Rusted Out
EDIT: I reached out to Delta and they are sending me a magnetic ring replacement kit for free. After 8 years, the magnetic ring that snaps the faucet head back into the faucet arc finally rusted to a point that it broke off. The rust had been building up at this juncture for years which prevented the head from sitting flush against the arc but now it doesn't even snap back up. Side note, it's almost impossible to get warm water with this thing, it's either hot or cold.

leaks
This is my second Leland Delta faucet. It looks beautiful when it isn't dripping. My first faucet leaked that's why we replaced it. This one also leaks after just 4 months of use. So disappointed. It is super annoying to turn off. You have to have it in just the right spot to turn off. Please Delta make a better kitchen faucet!!! With the holes already drilled in my granite I had a hard time finding a replacement with the tap and faucet for 2 holes and this was about all I could find.
