Beat Faucet I have ever owned.

Great looking faucet. It looks great and has the perfect reach for my sink. Temperature control and shut off handle is solid with no leaking. The stream is perfect for my use with little splashing except a little on the spray setting which I have fount to be typical of all faucets. The pull down feature is nice and it retracts perfectly with a snug fit when replaced. It has only been a couple months at the time of this review but I expect a nice long life based on what I see so far.

Absolutely love this faucet!!

Absolutely love this faucet! The matte black finish is very sleek. Faucet is solid and the pressure is amazing (both in pour and spray mode). The water boost button is a great feature as well. The spray head sits well in its magnetic seat. Highly recommend. Bought the Delta RP100734BL Delta RP100734 Trinsic Deck Mounted Soap Dispenser with Metal Head to go with it as well as the Kingston Brass K6190 Americana Water Filter spout to go along with the faucet. Both purchased on Amazon and am very pleased with all 3 pieces.

Very nice faucet but slips on granite counter tops.

This is a very attractive , smooth operating and quite functional kitchen faucet. We attach it through a granite counter top. The slick granite allows the base to slip when using the foam seal furnished with the faucet. I ordered square profile O rings (McMASTER-CARR PART number 4061T247) . Although not a perfect fit this rubber O ring solved the issue of the faucet base turning on the granite counter top.

Very poor connection design

Purchased because it was a delta product. installed into my newly renovated kitchen and works nicely until.... On a few occasions the connection line to the spout came apart. The little plastic clip to hold the two parts together keeps coming apart. Seriously? A $450 faucet and the best Delta can do is a $0.02 plastic piece that doesn't work? I had to modify the connector myself to avoid further damage to my new cabinets. Have written to Delta to ask about this issue and have not heard back. Shameful really.

Spray function does not reset

This honestly does not feel like a $400+ faucet in its function. I believe you're buying the warranty and the looks, but not getting the function that should come for that price tag. The faucet arm rotates very freely, you would expect some small amount of friction, but you can bump it around no problem. If you go to clean it, you're going to have to hold it in place with one hand while you clean it with the other. The on/off hot/cold valve feels exceptionally stiff in all its movements. I hope it loosens up a little, but I doubt it will. The most disappointing part is the sprayer. Most dual function faucets will automatically switch back to normal mode after you turn the water off. This one stays in each mode. Maybe this is considered a "feature"? Its disappointing that it doesn't come with the "boost" mode that they offer on some other faucets, because this thing is not cheap! I wonder if you can swap out a replacement faucet head that can fit in this. The last complaint is that the faucet head feels super light and plasticky. The whole faucet looks like a tank, but it's mostly hollow, and the faucet head is no exception. What I do like is that it has a lot of clean lines and that helps to make it super easy to clean. It looks nice and fancy without being too dominating. The ability to really pull the faucet head out to spray down every angle of the sink is nice. I don't understand how a company like Delta with such a long history of making these things could come up with something that looks so good and feels so clunky to operate. But again, it looks good, and probably isn't going to leak on you in a few months like a $74 imitation will.
