Malfunctioning handle

The faucet is beautiful, but when my plumber installed it, one of the handles would not stay on. It could easily be lifted off because the set screw would not screw into three handle. I called Delta to see if they could send me another handle, and they did not have any. They wanted me to uninstall the faucet and send it back which is totally unacceptable. The problem could not be discovered until it was installed. I had already paid a plumber to install it and think it’s wrong to ask that when Delta should have just sent me a working handle. At $450 for a faucet, it should be better. Delta finally agreed to let me get a return but would not accept 3 screen shots from my Amazon account as proof of payment. They wanted an invoice which Amazon doesn’t send- it’s all in the account. So, I called Amazon and they finally agreed to give me a refund and only refunded me $320 when I paid $446 after telling me I was getting a full refund. Obviously, I am not done with this issue. I expect more from Amazon, and if Delta can’t fix a problematic handle on a new faucet or accept the way Amazon proves payments, Amazon doesn’t need to sell their products. Will think twice about buying Delta again. My $446 is useless with a handle that won’t stay on.

Love the facet

Everything was great but was missing a part this is why 4 stars. Customer service is sending the missing part and were very good. Also there is no parts list in the instruction so didn't notice I was missing a part until I was putting it together. They told me to go to the website for parts list. Will that too is not in the instructions. Just very disappointing to have a missing part and have to wait another week before I have a working sink.

Easy to install is relative to your situation.

“Easy to Install” is entirely relative here. I had a pedestal sink and taking the basin off the wall allowed access to the underside of the sink for removal and installation. Watch a half dozen youTube videos and tutorials before you commence and you’ll get a feel for the instructions walking you through the installation. Overall, the kit is complete and will cover you for any install between 4” and 16” centers on your sink faucet needs.

Good Looking, Smooth Operation

This is a very solid faucet that works very well. I chose it because I have the same model installed in my powder room and was satisfied. I will provide a word of caution. The vanity on which this was installed has a thick counter top and an unusually deep sink. As a result the stopper lift rod was not long enough nor was the link that was supposed to reach to the stopper mechanism. I called Delta and they sent me a longer lift rod and longer connector strap. Unfortunately, the longer lift rod had a larger diameter so I could not use it. I did manage to get it to work, however. If you have anything nearer a normal installation, there should not be a problem.

Delta quality speaks for itself

I recently replaced my pedestal sink with a vanity. I had a centerset Victorian faucet which I would gladly have re-used, but the vanity was pre-drilled for a wideset. After extensive shopping, I ended up ordering the Victorian again, as I knew it was made in the USA, and of very high quality. I have had this model in centerset in the bath, and wide-set in the kitchen for many years, and both look like new. I did have a leak in the hot water faucet in the bathroom after 14 years, and I easily repaired it, no need to call a plumber!

Missing Part

Faucet is beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for in our newly remodeled bathroom. However, when the plumber came to install the faucet, he discovered that the top of the lift rod slider was missing. While he was still able to install and it functions properly, it's obvious a piece is missing. Hopefully, Delta will send me the replacement part, otherwise, I spent a fortune for an incomplete faucet.

Excellent quality and good support

I bought from Delta before 10 years ago and love the support and warranty. So I decided to buy again after comparing features with the other companies. My other choice before buying this one is Moen. Moen is cheaper but I found out that they are selling the top hardware and the valve section separately. You will have to remember to buy both otherwise you will end up not able to complete your project. Delta quality is amazing and support is undeniably first class. I misplaced a washer that come with the installation package due to my own fault and I wrote to support wondering where I can purchase a replacement. Within a few days, the missing washer was delivered to home. This faucet is heavy and not made from cheap plastic.

Delta's classic design is timeless

We installed Delta's Victorian faucets in two other bathrooms in our home so, when we decided to renovate our third bathroom, it was an easy choice. We have been very satisfied with these faucets for the past 5+ years and the new one looks beautiful in our newly-renovated bathroom. Installation was easy and we love the beautiful, classic style!

Missing parts?

I received 2 faucets and when the plumber went to install them, one of the boxes had been opened prior to me receiving them and it was missing the bag of install parts. How do I get those parts?
