It's sturdy

It saved us on a very important moment but I still think this item is little over priced. It may be only my opinion. But I don't think I'll buy it again.

Fit the bill!

Bought this as a replacement for a broken shower holder. Love it so much more then the old one. It rotates to any direction you need. At first when you take it out of pkg it doesn't look like it would move at all but give it a little muscle and it moved easier and we all love it.

Good but not strong enough

This was super easy to install, honestly great value! Delta makes quality products. Not completely metal, but sturdy anyways. Unfortunately, our shower head is too heavy for the arm to properly support. Basically when we try to adjust it upwards to a different angle it just falls back down. Our shower head is made of metal instead of plastic so it is much heavier than standard shower heads. Even when we went out looking at various shower bars to test if they could hold up, most didn't. The only brand we found where the mount on the bar could hold up the shower head was actually Moen. Ended up replacing this with a shower bar, but would be great for a lighter shower head.

Absolutely the best. I went through 4 of the chrome plastic ones and they all leaked within a couple of weeks. This all metal and is a workhorse....never leaks after months of daily use. Worth every cent.

Works for us!

We have a DreamSpa handheld shower head (several years old) and the the mount broke off. Wasn't sure if this mount would fit (universal) since it's a Delta, but it fits perfectly! Very happy that we didn't have to buy a new handheld shower. Most of it seems to be a chrome color plastic, but then again, so is our old one and it lasted years, so I'm confident in it's durability. Price was cheaper than in the stores and definitely cheaper than a whole new shower head and hose. Thanks!

I haven't taken it out of the packaging. I've asked for a return. I couldn't use it because the other part of this shower assembly (Delta Faucet 59425-PB-PK Universal Showering Components, Touch-Clean Hand Shower, Polished Brass) was unable to be provided.
