Very Flattering!

These jeans are not skinny but more of a slim straight. They are so flattering! Enough stretch to be comfortable but doesn’t stretch out through the day. I’ve worn them already 3 times without washing and they are perfect! I’m normally a size 4 in wit and wisdom and I purchased a 4 in these. Perfect!

All similar sizing

I have multiple pairs from this brand and one of my favorite things is that the sizing does not vary between different style. My other favorite is the extra band around waist for stretch that you can’t tell from the outside.

Fit well

My only complaint is that they’rea bit shorter than I expected. I bought them to go with booties, but they’re too short. I ended up getting another pair of the same brand in regular length to get the look I was going for. I’m almost 5’8”

Perfect vintage slim (not skinny) ankle jean

Absolutely love these! They call them a skinny jean, but they are not what I think of as skinny. They are a slim fit. They also are not full length and more of an ankle jean. For reference, I am 5’3”, 118 lbs. I purchased based on the photo rather than how the jeans were described and they fit exactly as I hoped. The vintage distressing is also perfect. I like the vintage look but I’m 51 and don’t want gaping holes or tears in my jeans. These are perfect, comfortable, soft, and no waist gap. I rated 4 stars only because Democracy sews tags into the waistband that are so irritating to my skin, and I have to use my seam ripper to remove them. It’s annoying, but finding jeans that I love is so hard this is just a minor inconvenience.

Love them!

I really like these jeans. They fit true to size, maybe a tad large. I’m in between sizes and I kept the smaller size. They are really cute and aren’t skin tight.

Best curvy jean I’ve found!

Great curvy jean. Doesn’t gape at the back or cut when you sit. Good amount of stretch. As with most women's jeans the pockets are too small to be useful but otherwise I love these.

Fabric is so comfortable. Not clingy like the current Spandex jeans out there.

These jeans remind me of my old jeans from the 80's. The fabric is amazing!!! No clinginess like current jeans that are overloaded with Spandex. They hang nicely. They really enhance your butt. They call them skinny jeans but the bottom of the leg opening could be narrower. I think that they are more like straight legs. The jeans are cut short. I am 5' 3". The jeans skim my ankles. So if you are tall they will be too short on you. I bought a size 10. I own another style of Democracy jeans. They are a size 10 and they fit me perfectly. The waist on these jeans fits a little snugger. All in all. I love these jeans. They are a flattering fit. The fabric is amazing !!! Great faded light blue denim color. I will buy another pair.
