It is nice but..

They look nice and they are much bigger than I expected. However the quality of the item isn't up to par. There is a small crack on the knee. One fairy has glue on the bottom and looks warn. If you inspect them carefully, they have a lot of imperfections. I don't think I'll send them back. Too much trouble to repack and I will put them in my window sill.

These fairies are not dainty, but are perfect for the garden.

You receive two Fairies one red fairy and one green fairy both roughly 9 inches high, both hand cast which gives them a more unique look. Each figure is hand painted again this will give them an unique look. Faces are elf like which doesn’t make them as pretty as some I’ve seen, however I do like the look. You’d have to be a fan of Fairies to want to own these, there fairly big and very breakable so probably no good for a younger person. Come very well packed in polystyrene, which also has two outer boxes, I’ve had a few figures that have been damaged but these are probably the best packed I’ve seen. Again another unique product from Toscano, very detailed and something you’ll love if you like this sort of thing

Beautifully finished, quality garden ornaments

We have a few Design Toscano garden ornaments now and they are certainly well finished quality products. The detail is finely picked out both in the sculpting and in the final paint. Great to get a pair like this which complement each other. As yet they haven't gone outside as we're a little worried about the base which is slightly upturned and will probably collect water (so with the current icy conditions could lead to damage). In terms of value for money these are really good, and will be noticeable in the garden as they're not so small you'll lose them in amongst the plants, but not so big that they become unrealistic. We will doubtless be tucking them into nooks and corners where they will feel at home.

Sure to be a talking point with your family and guests.

The garden is an extension of the home and an important place for family recreation, so why not decorate it in the same way. The Design Toscano “Fairy of Acorn” statues are really quirky garden ornaments that are also very attractive. But, like many other pieces of Design Toscano art, Faries of Acorn are equally at home indoors as outdoors. These two, very eye-catching, high-quality, ornaments were cast in quality resin and hand painted, one in red, the other in green. Sure to be a talking point with your family and guests.

Handsome and durable (so far)

These were a present for my mum who loves them. They look great in her garden. Being painted resin, I thought the colours might have faded but so far so good!
