True to size

These are very attractive sneakers and I might update my review once I’ve put them to work but I’ve only just tried them on. I love the Ecco brand of shoe and love these too. A good price for them on Amazon. I read through the reviews and was worried when I read “runs small, toe box narrow” but I have a B width and wear 6.5 shoe. These are 6-6.5, which were my other Ecco loafers. They fit fine. Plenty of room in the toe box and definitely not too short. A size 7 would have been too large. I cannot comment about wear or water resistance but they are comfortable and attractive. Nothing cheap about how they look. That is why I gave 4 stars since I haven’t put them to the wear test.

What an awesome pair of sneakers!

I got these with the try before you buy option (for shoes it seems the natural option. I had ordered a similar design before, but my husband took them over ( yes, we are the same size). I kept wishing to have those so I finally found a pair like that and as a bonus, with a discount. They are absolutely fabulous, comfortable, firm and I just love the design and the grip. Thank you for a great product.

Too narrow, no grip

The width was very narrow for a medium width shoe. Had to send back. Also, there was very little grip on linoleum at work. Felt like walking in dry sand, started getting leg cramps at night, calves sore at end of shift.

Narrow in the toes

Too narrow in the toes, as compared to other Ecco shoes. Order size up. Nice, dark grey color paired with orange (quite bright) soles.

ECCO MX Low

I wasn't sure what to expect in sizing? These are 8-8.5 as how they're listed. Perfect fit for me. These shoes are for work, off and my feet all day. I also have lite neuropathy. I am receiving treatment ...but these shoes are super comfy! Mild support, not overwhelming and I only wear a heel gel cup inside for bone spurs in my heels. I do recommend these...The shoe is also nice looking, not bulky, quite eye appealing but what matters for me is support and comfort. I'm usually not one to rate 5 stars...but these deserve it

Fits the bill!

Needed a quality supportive waterproof shoe for standing all day at work. These are super comfortable and secure and decently stylish.

Great shoes

Super comfortable, and I like the sizing, i.e., 8-8.5. That’s my size, LOL. Good treads, good color. I did have to change the laces as they would not stay tied. I use the stretchy kind which are easier to adjust. But I am very happy with these.

UPDATE - NO LONGER WATERPROOF.

Update - After just 3 months of wear, these Ecco hiking shoes are letting in water,; the membrane has clearly broken down. This is the second pair of shoes with so called waterproof membrane that don't work. You might just as well put a couple of polythene bags over your socks! Very disappointing, Ecco. Rating goes down to 1/5 After trying unsuccessfully numerous pair of supposedly waterproof shoes, I went back to Ecco. After a couple of month's daily use they have kept my feet dry. The shoes do get wet on the outside when walking through wet grass and sloppy mud, but the plasticky membrane inside prevents feet and socks from getting wet. I find they still have to be dried off on a radiator each day, otherwise it's like putting on a pair of wet fish the next day. They are lightweight which is good. Allow good time to put them on as you need to unlace them to get your feet in. The laces are a little too short. One of the shoes rubbed my heel for the first three days, but as long as you get your feet right into the shoe correctly, this has settled down. My usual size is a 4.5 wide, so these as a 5 are just about right, though I would have preferred them to be a liitle wider. Quite happy with them at the moment and award them 8/10.

Waterproof super comfy walking shoes

Love these shoes. Been out in them in pouring rain and feet stayed dry. Easy to swop the insoles they came with for my usual ones. Have walked for miles and they’re super comfy.

Very comfortable

Like most Ecco shoes, these are super comfy straight out the box. Haven’t worn in a downpour yet, but seem pretty waterproof walking through wet grass. Excellent sole.

Leichter sportlicher Sneaker mit super Polsterung

Die Ecco Mx Hiking Sneaker mit Goretex Membran und Mesheinlagen hält die Schuhe warm und trocken. Besonders die gute Polsterung rundum ist bei diesem Modell hervorragend. Die Sohle ist profiliert aber trotzdem sehr leicht und flexibel. Leider gibt es dieses Modell nur in dunklen Farbkombinationen. Der Mx hiking hat eine schlanke Passform und ist über die Schnürung noch gut regulierbar.

Wie auf Wolken

Das ist mein drittes Paar Ecco MX und ich möchte eigentlich nur diese Wohlfühlschuhe tragen. Bei dieser Version kann ich endlich die Rezensionen nachvollziehen- wirklich schmal geschnitten. Mit den entsprechenden Füßen hat man aber richtig Freude und geht den ganzen Tag wie auf Wolken.
