Safety Face Shield
One of the best and most cost effective safety devises I have. I use it for grinding, using a chain saw, cutting with a sawsall, etc. Any work that could result in something getting in my eyes. Much more effective at keeping stuff from getting in my eyes than any safety glasses.

Not heavy duty!
This product is easy to put together and adjustable but the face shield is very thin and flimsy. I purchased this item for safety while grinding locks off auctions units but im scared to try it out because of the thinness of the glass.

Good Alternative to Face Mask
To be honest, I purchased this item because I really don't like the cloth face masks. I don't put this product to the rigors of a machine shop. I like that this face shield has so many available adjustments. Between the headband and crown strap, the shield can be adjusted to fit well. It is well-balanced so I can easily lift it out of the way to eat and drink. It is easy to clean and does not scratch (again, I am not particularly hard on it). I have found that when I have the shield too close to my chin, it can start to fog but all I have to do is pull it out a bit and it clears on its own. My one difficulty is that the headband is not terribly comfortable where it meets the forehead. The cushion is between two flat pieces of plastic fused together leaving a sharp seam. Enclosing the cushion in a plastic tube would create a rounded edge that would be more comfortable. Still, the edge of the cushion is only an issue if the shield is worn for a long time (such as grocery shopping).

Flimsy shield but works
The plastic shield is very thin and flimsy, but keeps dust and small particles out of your face. I wouldn't trust it for metal grinding.

Product works very well. Easy to Assemble
You will need to wear a hat under the shield otherwise it hurts when wearing the shield. The shield comes with a blue plastic film to protect the shield from getting scratched. This will help to protect you from the virus. Especially when so many people refuse to wear a mask. You can add additional protection by covering the areas where the virus can come in around your shield/mask as seen in some hospitals. It is important to note that the shield itself does not protect you from getting the virus it only keeps you from spreading it if you have the virus. To effectively protect you from the virus everyone else has to be wearing a mask as well. The shield will help protect your eyes and from any water droplets that hit your shield. It also reminds you not to touch your face and thus contaminate your mask. People that refuse to wear a mask are dangerous to be around as they can be asymptomatic and can be spreading the virus unknowingly. Keeping 6-feet is not enough because of the water droplets that can linger in the air up to 3 or more hours. Face masks help to reduce the number of water droplets that linger in the air and it is unknown as to the number of water droplets you can inhale before you sick from Covid-19.

Excellent Product, But Really Needs Instructions
The product is excellent. It's fairly light-weight, comfortable and easy to see out of. The face shield is large, so I feel well protected behind it. Overall, I'm very happy with it. However, it really, really needs assembly instructions. First, the shield is hard to put on the headpiece. What you need to do is move from the longer holes in the shield toward the smaller one, sliding each in turn so that the next hole lines up. I noticed a lot of people saying that the holes don't line up. They don't. You need to make them line up by putting the holes on the tabs one at a time. Also, the shield has a thin, translucent blue plastic film that needs to be removed. It's not at all obvious how to take it off, so you need to pick at the film at the corner. When it first arrived, I thought it was just low quality, but there's actually a piece of plastic film stuck to it. Boy, does this product need instructions. I noticed several people saying they were going to return it because of the above problems. Once assembled though, it is excellent.

Cheaply made product with no support from this seller
I’m surprised my the other reviews. The product and purchasing experience equates to 0 stars The only positive was the fast shipping. One of the small buttons that attach the shield to the head gear snapped off as I was putting the item together. The plastic on this shield is very cheap and rigid...not much better than dollar store quality. The worst part of this experience was trying to get in touch with the seller who has a website but no phone number. I attempted to send an email through their website but no answer. They did answer through amazon once I sent a complaint but never addressed my issue with the button that snapped off the head gear and should have been replaced... I would never buy from CanadaTool again.

I'm a delivery driver for produce and need to wear a mask or shield. I can't get enough air in a mask and the shield work provided was inappropriate for working. This stays on my head. Need some anti fog tho. Also a little pricey but I wanted it quick

Broken and non-returnable item
This is a terrible product. The shield is very thin and I'd argue that it won't protect your face for grinding work. All the plastics are very thin and flimsy. One of the bolts that tightens the visor is broken and I can't tighten it. Non-returnable item and now I'm on the hook for $25.

No cumple con protección a rayos UV
En la descripción menciona que cumple con estas normas: Meets ANSI Z87.1+ High Impact Standards and CUL certified to meet CAN/CSA Z94.3 Standards. Y la Z94.3 es protección a rayos UV, lo cual no bloquea, todo lo demás construcción y partes esta bien, pero en Home Depot te encuentras una careta igual por $100 pesos, lo que me animo a comprar esta era la protección a rayos UV.. en esta ocasión si voy a solicitar el reembolso
