Great product - arrived broken
The coins and bills are great. But the box was damaged and, as a result, the plastic tray that hold the money was cracked. This makes the tray flimsy and difficult to use.

Tiny Bills
For being called realistic money, the bills for this set are about 1/3 the size of a real bill. The coins are fairly accurate in size, though they are missing some important details (such as ridged edges) that help students learn to identify the coins. Overall it is decent but it would be nice for the bills to either be the same color as real money or the same size as real money.

Expensive but worth it!
This is a great set! I needed realistic play money to help my Kindergartener learn to count. All of the sets I'd seen at the Dollar store, Walmart, etc., were too fake-looking, I was hoping for coins and dollars that look like the real thing so he could actually learn to identify and count money with them. Using real money wasn't working - it kept ending up in his piggy bank! The biggest differences between the play money and real money are that the bills are smaller, and the coins are lighter and have a big raised COPY printed on the backs. Other than that, it's hard to tell the real change from fake change! Since the bills are smaller, they fit in my child's hands better, the way real bills fit in an adult's hand. I included several pictures comparing the play money alongside real money, because that's what I was really needing to see when I spent hours research and debating between brands. We've had it for about couple months now and use it in money games, as allowance currency, etc., and it's so realistic even my bigger kids feel like they're really being paid. I paid full price for the set, which was just over $20 at the time, and it was worth it for what we needed it to do. I hope you found this review helpful! If so, please click "yes" under this review where it asks, "Was this review helpful to you?" Thank you! :)

Smaller than real money
Its much smaller than real money and the change is not great quality. The dollar bills are decent in quality but just much smaller than I expected.

Pricey. The bills: Good (need to laminate) & coin faces: Good. Back of coins says "copy."
I purchased for my classroom...and for the bills...smaller than actual US currency; however, the graphics are very close to that on actual currency. The coins' faces are good; however, the backs have the word "copy" in raised letters, so I will not use them with some of my students (as they will expect the same feature on actual currency). The set is expensive but I did not have many options available that had the same printed quality of these bills.

This is a great set. I needed fake money to help the ...
This is a great set. I needed fake money to help the clients I work with learn money skills, but I needed the money to be as realistic as possible. I looked all around the internet before purchasing this set, and this purchase did not disappoint. The bills are slightly smaller than regular dollar bills but look very much like the currency in circulation. And the coins look so similar to real coins that I have gotten them confused with actual money at first glance! The other plus about this set is that there are so many materials in this set. We used this set to make two money trays, but we could have easily made three or possibly four if we needed to. This purchase has been great for the clients I work with. I recommend this set (or smaller sets if you don't need as many items) for anyone that is looking to teach money skills to another person.

Wonderful! Helps kids love math/counting money!
This is so awesome to help kids learn to count money! It is the most accurate looking play money available! Of course it is a lot smaller then real money which is helpful. This also have so very much play money! It is great for multiple kids to play grocery shopping games! I use it with my daughter to help her with her math!

Excellent teaching tool
I am using this product to teach my autistic son money skills. Before I purchased this product I first looked at prop money. This product provided a greater variety of denominationsIn in larger quantities at a more affordable price. The play money is realistic looking but still identifiable as play money. My stepson likes using the play money to learn money skills.

Adequate product
Good kit. Bills are small (4 ½" X 2"). Print is very close to actual bill but more contrat with the color of the paper would have been nice. Bills and coins are not bagged. You'll have some sorting to do when you get the package

Exelent didactic resource
I love them! They look almost real for being plastic coins, to play and do math it’s great the only thing is that if your looking a 100% real size bills they are not it, the quality of the image it’s great but smaller than the real bill, still a great product
