Item is great; one side broke in shipping

Product was great, but one of the panes was broken. I empathize with Amazon employees during this time; the package was labeled fragile but there was no additional cushioning in the much larger Amazon box it was placed in so the item package was clearly banged around quite a bit. Won't be hard to glue.

Broken...upon arrival

The product is very nice. But there's no packaging other than a box! No bubble wrap nothing you cannot expect to get glass to someone without proper packaging. The glass was broken on both lanterns upon arrival

Look great in my patio just nervous about sliding glass on one

These are really nice and add an instant cool vibe to my outdoor decor. You need 3 AAA batteries for each though, they don't come with it. They have a good weight to them, but are still pretty lightweight. The only thing is that I get a little nervous about the glass in these. It seems like the glass sort of slides around and isn't glued to the black edges. Every time I pick one up, I just hear the glass moving on one of them and I instantly think it's going to either fall out or break. I need to probably super glue it or something but haven't gotten around to it. I also put them up high so my kids don't reach it. Maybe I just got a faulty one. But they provide some nice ambient lighting and just look great.

Good product. Terrible delivery by Amazon.

The product is fine, but the Amazon delivery is terrible. Amazon obviously does not care about fragile packages when loading on the truck and the delivery drivers just drops the packages on the doorstep and breaks the glass in the lanterns.

Noisy.

These are quite attractive, but if you are carrying them, they rattle quite bit, so you will not be able to sneak up on anyone. If they are just going to sit on a shelf, you should be fine. The doors don't fit the greatest; maybe the craftsmanship leaves a little be be desired. These survived the trip, but I did notice a small glass chip inside one the other day. That may have occurred when I pressed the tabs holding the glass in, in order to alleviate some of the noisy rattling when they are being carried. If you are artistic, you might be able to swap the glass out with stained glass, but I have not tried this yet. The door latch is a simple wire hook that does the job, but also leaves me wondering if it could have been made more secure. These should look nice around the house, especially Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
