Can't give it less than 5 stars
I used this one for the single gang, and it applies to this one too... No idea why somebody will give less than 5 stars to this product. Sturdy, secure, reliable; I'm using it in my patio in an extended concrete floor. Already been thru more than one rainstorm with devices connected to it, so no idea why somebody will give less than 5 stars to this.

Do yourself the favor and purchase something like this at a local brick & mortar electrical supply.
I purchased this floor box for use in my family room where we have need for a power, HDMI and ethernet in the floor. I purchased the model with the brushed nickel finish to match the other hardware in the room because the box is in plain sight. Unfortunately, the cover is the biggest problem. The loosely assembled device was wrapped in plastic and then put into a tight fitting box. No additional protection for the cover's finish! So the sandwich of cardboard to plastic against the cover resulted in random polishing while the unit was shipped place-to-place. So my brushed nickel finish has "bright" spots on it. Makes it a real eyesore installed against the dark floor. PROS: - it's heavy duty, divided, so it makes the code official happy. - the construction of the cover is solid and the port doors fit well. - good gasketing provided. - roomy so it's easy to tuck in the wiring. CONS: - insufficient packaging leaves the finish blemished. - knockouts are all the same size, which does not allow for use of a pre-terminated cables like an HDMI, without modification (had to enlarge with a step taper bit). It needs at least one concentric knockout on the datacomm side to be more installation friendly. - no response from customer service. In all, it's probably the cheapest in-floor package out there and will do the job with some modification if you have to use pre-terminated cables (HDMI is about the largest you can deal with in this box and through a duplex keystone. The packaging is just poor. The norm would have been to have the cover finish protected with peel-off film like other brands I've installed. Lesson learned on saving a few bucks over buying a Hubbel unit. Seems my only option will be to see if the metal polishing company a few towns over can "re-grain" the finish evenly so that it doesn't look so bad since Top Greener does not respond to a customer's concerns. That surprised me because the company was quick to email to see if I was satisfied, and I responded with my issue via that email as instructed. I received no reply and a few weeks later received the same email inquiry! Guess it's just automated. After that, I tried calling customer service via the toll-free number and nada. I've purchased hundred of items from Amazon and Amazon Marketplace affiliates. The few prior occasions where I had problems with products received, a remedy was practically effortless with a quick email or phone call. Unfortunately, not this time. Therefore, I am providing my honest feelings and detail of my problem, including photos taken when fresh out of the packaging upon delivery.

Heavy Duty
I bought this for just the cover. It is heavy duty. Only issue is when you tighten the screws that compresses the rubber gasket and they start pressing on the covers making them stick up a little. The other version with crew hole covers works better and is slimmer (bought that for another floor outlet).

Four electrical outlet brass floor receptacle
Brass is easily marked. Screws are slotted, so screwdriver can easily slip off and mark the surface. I would not recommend for high traffic areas. Lining-up the four screws through the brass top plate, rubber gasket, two foam spacers, a metal spacer, the outlet bracket and into the threaded electrical box tang is very tricky, hence screwdriver slippage is almost unavoidable. Use masking tape during installation. Also very fiddly to install, since the electrical outlets are recessed below the floor surface. Requires a router or wood chisel to create a shelf almost 1/2" deep into the hardwood. For the price, I would have expected the flaps to have spring loaded hinges. This is not the case. When not in use, they rely on gravity to stay in place.

Great product
Easy to install and a nice deep box for keeping slack.

the look good.
Mounted on floor. Installation went well. However once the covers are opened, re-closing them takes patience and pressure on diagonal covers. Installed, the look good.

Solid, quality finish. So much better than plastic.
Only suggestion I could make for improvement is that the four individual outlet covers be spring loaded rather than requiring a coin or slot screwdriver to open.

Heavy duty construction
The box, support plate, and main brass plate are heavy gauge materials. I have no regrets paying more for a high quality item like this. I like the flip covers instead of the screw out holes. The single swivel lock works great. Installation was easy if you're handy.
