One of the Best Things I Ever Bought, Keeps Them Sorted
I bought some of these about 2years ago to organize my numerous sockets: the ones I bought, inherited, were given to me or somehow ended up with. I keep them in a tool box on these rails. Mine came with plenty of stickers to label all the sizes, metric and standard. I've been very happy with them, especially given the price. However I will look for something sturdier when it's time to replace them. I recently got a set of impact sockets, ranging from 10mm to 32mm weighing 5 lbs. I doubt these rails are strong enough for them. I'm certain they can't handle the deep impact sockets. They're just too heavy. I've seen some reviews complaining that the sockets aren't held securely on the rails... Just place the socket on top of the clip an turn it until it slips on, then give another 1/4 turn to secure it. They will stay in place. Turn it back 1/4 turn to take it off. I'm not sure these would work well hung on a board or wall. I don't think they're sturdy enough, especially for heavier sockets or numerous 1/4" small sockets. If you're a mechanic, someone who uses sockets daily or just hard on your things, you should probably pass on these. If you're none of these, and you don't have heavy duty sockets or want to hang the rails, these are probably fine.

Labels are cheesy
These are a great product--well-designed, well-thought-out, and made in USA!!! I like that I can have a portable socket rail made of a material that won't damage surfaces when I put it down. I purchased one blue and one red of the 8" variety for a set of deep sockets that I keep in a zippered pouch. The blue are for the metric and the red are for the standard. The twist-lock feature is great. This helps keep everything from becoming a mess in the bag and it is easy to get a socket out without using two hands. HOWEVER, just as I expected, the labels don't stick very well. After a day or two, some were already lifting off the rails. And the shame of this is that although I don't really NEED the labels to know my sizes (I use my sockets daily), it DOES help the user keep track of what's missing, etc. I wish the labels were more permanent. Otherwise, I really like these.

Where have you been all my mechanic-life?!
These things are awesome. I bought one of each size, and was skeptical, but after using them while rebuilding my suspension, they held up just fine. The 1/2” holds my impact sockets perfectly, and the little stickers are a nice little touch. Not sure they’ll stick, but that doesn’t matter. Overall they work great, so if you have a million sockets and need a way to manage it, these work great. I should mention that the locking mechanism for the sockets on this thing is nothing short of witchcraft. Not sure how it works, but it does. If I had to give it one complaint, it would be that the 1/2” socket size has less holders than the 3/8” and 1/4”, which is a bummer since they’re the same price for less things, so instead of holding 8 or 9, it holds like 6-7 sockets. But they’re also super inexpensive so buying a few isn’t that big of a deal. Overall they’re quite handy.

A brilliant modular approach to socket storage
If you bought sockets piecemeal or at a discount tool store like Harbor Freight, they likely didn't come with a reasonable way to organize and store them. Trying to find the right-sized socket when they're scattered across the bottom of your toolbox is an exercise in aggravation, the antidote to which are these brilliant little Ernst socket organizers. Just space out the twist-lock pegs along the colored plastic bar, place a socket on top of a peg (ratchet-end first), then twist the socket 1/8 turn. The socket is now secured, and will only come off the peg if you grasp the socket and twist in the opposite direction. Each organizer also comes with pre-printed labels that fit precisely onto each twist-lock peg. No more lost sockets, no more fumbling. I bought two socket organizers (red for SAE, blue for metric) and my 3/8-inch Craftsman and Harbor Freight socket sets both fit perfectly. The colored organizer bodies have a hole on one end so they can be hung on a pegboard, or you can buy additional twist-lock pegs and attach even more sockets to the backside of the organizer. The only real downsides to this product that I could identify are minor manufacturer tolerance issues (i.e. all the twist-lock pegs worked as designed, but it was easier to get sockets onto some pegs than others) and [presumably] the plastic twist-lock pegs will eventually wear out with heavy use. These things are just brilliant. Buy with confidence.

Best for smaller sockets
This socket organizer could not handle all eight of my 3/8” drive Whitworth sockets. I have a few Ernst wrench organizers and they are very good but this socket organizer needs to be longer.

Geat item
This is good item, most of the time it holds the socket. If you forget to lock the socket (by turning) the socket might fall.

Ernst Socket Rail .
Ernst makes great quality socket rails . I am personally not a fan of the current generation of " Twist Lock " retaining clips ( I always forget too " Twist " and then momentarily cannot figure out why the socket will not come off the rail ) so I just change out the clips to the " Dura-Pro HD " clips which are available separately and for me it is problem solved . I can see that the " Twist Lock " clips would be a great idea for heavier sockets like impact ones as it would help to prevent them from falling off which is somewhat ironic as this is what the " Dura Pro HD " clips were originally designed for !

Buen organizador
Sujetan muy bien los dados para que no se salgan y se siente resistente, lo único malo es que las calco manías que trae para indicar las medidas se caen fácilmente. Es práctico ya que te permite traer los dados sin requerir de mucho espacio.

Gold!
Fits great in my service tool bag. Secure, light, sturdy. Great product will buy other sizes as well. Worth the little bit extra money.

No more sockets falling into the bag
I transport my sockets in a tool bag, and they always fall out of the rails they come with. With these short rails the sockets stay where they should be, and the additional size stickers are nice too

Doesn’t hold 3/8 sockets properly
I got it to keep a few sockets in my tool pouch. The first day using them half fell off just walking from the maintenance shop to a broken down machine.
