Not Bad
I am a professional window washer and thought that I had to give this product a try as I have seen it out there for a long time. I would say it is not great for using on windows that are right in front of you (compared to a typical wetbar and squeegee set up) as it is heavy, but I have had great success using it on an extension pole to do windows that are high (up to 15 feet) to my customer's satisfaction. This tool saves me time when using it on an extension pole and having the squeegee and wetbar facing away from each other, since that way I do not have to bring the pole down to ground level to change out tools constantly. It does not work very well when both parts are facing the same way because it is hard to get the window wet without also having the squeegee hitting the glass, making scrubbing glass very difficult. Overall for a tool that saves me time and effort on high windows I am happy with this purchase.

Works like a charm and saves time and effort
This is now my second one of this product - it works so well and quickly that I wanted another one so my wife and I can clean the windows in tandem. I use this with the squeegee portion turned around backwards (both parts can be used independently or together in two configurations. I hose down the window, scrub it with the microfiber cloth, then squeegee the water off, top down. You need to wipe the squeegee off with a cloth between runs or you'll leave a line of water. This does not clean as well as scrubbing/wiping by hand, but it takes a small fraction of the time, and since they are outside windows, they'll be dirty again quickly anyway. We have a large house with a lot of glass, and we are able to do the entire outside in about an hour. We also use an extension pole to get the higher windows, so no need for a ladder. This product does use a proprietary method of attaching to a pole, so you either have to buy a pole from their company, or buy an adapter to fit a common screw-on type pole (which is what I did).

Like the streak free feature
It is a little challenging to use the all in one stroke (to wipe cleaner & blade off at the same time) - I haven't gotten the hang of that yet. However, I do like that it attaches both tools & you can have both connected but that they come apart if you have a tight fit in some areas with vanity's & medicine cabinets next to each other. It does fit a little tighter on the extension pole that I bought for the smaller one of these, I'm thinking due to the handle part is a little larger. It does fit but is a little tight when pushing the button to get it off.

Works pretty good
I have some high up windows that need to get cleaned, I use a ladder as I can do a better job than using this on a pole. I prefer to have the squeegee on the back and flip the thing over to wipe down the window. Grabbed a big bucket from home depot as nothing I had would fit this thing.

Doesn't quite fit with other Ettore products
I purchased this with the 8600 Super Bucket 3 gallon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EO1NRUQ) and the 16 foot REACH pole (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000LNRR7A). Cleaning/squeegee functionality: fair. The backflip functionality is useful and saves a step, however when you turn the squeegee around to face backward it becomes difficult to pull it back out..it "sticks" in the handle. Without squeegee rotation it becomes impossible to angle the squeeguee on upper windows while on the pole, which results in vertical soap streaks. Working with other products: poor. The squeegee is too wide (barely) to fit in the Ettore 3 gallon bucket, so you have to remove it each time you want to soap the rag portion. The handle of the BackFlip doesn't click onto the REACH pole although it does generally stay in place from friction if you give it a little shove onto the end. In summary, it doesn't seem made to work with the other products that I selected, which may be my fault, but I didn't see any information to help me choose otherwise.

Finally the key to cleaning windows
I have large windows and glass doors in my family room that I can access from the outside deck. This and the Ettore soap do an excellent job. The handle without a short pole is a bit cumbersome but I make do. I've tried to wash the windows inside but its a bit too messy...all the squeegee water has to go somewhere..and the washing pad is sopping wet and will start to drip. Maybe next time I will separate the squeegee from the washing pad rather than backflip

I bought this and the extension pole that Amazon recommended to clean the exterior of the windows on my home. The extension pole does not seem to fit with this squeegee, so that was a bit frustrating. In addition, the rubber on this squeegee is too flexible at the corners. So I can't easily maintain a nice line at the edges of my windows. A firmer silicone edge would work better.

Great product!
Professional grade window cleaning- easy to use and does a perfect job. Works best to have the cloth part facing away from the squeegee. And the handle is sold separately but is a must. This product has made my life easier with my OCD for clean windows!
