Better than expected (with a minor tweak)
Love this product. Our town club has a Bownet Halo that we borrowed for a couple weeks and it really freed up my son's shooting practice because he could fire away without being afraid of missing the cage and hitting the fence/neighbor's windows. Since a Halo is around $250, I bought the used EZGoal on amazon for ~$45 in hopes that it would work reasonably well. To my surprise, the EZGoal is actually better than the Halo for our purproses because you can quickly and easily adjust the wings to allow good backstop coverage from a variety of angles (for example, to practice wrap shots when dodging from X - see attached picture). Couple of assembly tips that worked for me: (1) take the time to drill the holes in your current cage and attach the EZGoal with the included bolts, which makes everything much more stable and allows quick and easy adjustment of the wings and (2) thread a long bungee cord (or 2, like I used) through the top squares of the top net, which keeps the top net tight (keeping it tight is hard to do with only the included rope). My only regret is that we didn't buy one of these sooner.

Very good rebounder net
Great Net. Top quality. However, I have yet to figure out a way to make the top Net snug. It Always sags just a bit, no matter what I do, or how much I tighten it with the rope on the top. Also, the 2 nets on the sides seem quite tight (Very tight) when I just loop it like the directions say. Maybe a little too tight, I think. I'm worried that it'll wear out quicker. Of course, you can find ways to Tweak it, I'm sure, but just be aware of that, before you start to String the two side Nets. Give yourself a little Slack on the Net, and don't pull it up quite to the metal bars. Maybe a fraction of an Inch will do it. Also, as other people have mentioned, the directions aren't the greatest. Some people exaggerate it though, they're not That bad. But, all-in-all, a really top quality net. Top quality ropes and fasteners. Top quality metal and craftsmanship. Paint on mine was pretty much flawless. I'm impressed, overall.

Promotes great habits and works well!
I was hesitant to buy this because I thought I needed a larger backstop. However, I found this one to be perfect for my backyard. I gets 95%+ of the missed shots and really encourages my kids to shoot for the corners without worrying about chasing balls after missed shots. There is also the added benefit of a slight rebound effect if you hit the side panels...nice added feature. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is due to the set-up/net lacing. That is a bit cumbersome, but I'm not sure how to make that better. Once it's up and attached to your net, you kids will love it. Cost/value can't be beat.

very nice, would buy it twice
we have a hockey one that's lasted several years albeit it's been in the basement away from the elements. It has stood up well aside from repairing the net from time to time. Thus far aside from the pain of attaching the net, this has been great. We had a reebok one that was nice in that we could take it down but found that hardly needed to. this actually prevents the net from falling forward during storms as we angle the side forward a bit. we do have a netting in place at the back of the yard for very errant shots but who wants to go all the way back to pick up balls all the time. The sides can fold back if you want to practice some moves from X to the front altho the distance does approximate the crease.

lacrosse balls mostly stay in our yard
We bought this for our 13 year old son. It works very well and there are significantly less balls that make it into the neighbor's yards. The rope seems to be the same as his goal so I can only assume that it will stand the test of time since he has had his goal for 3+ years. It was a bit tricky to assemble, however. The instructions were a little tricky when it came to applying the ropes to the frame.

confusing directions but good product
took a long time to put together. after done it worked well. instructions were hard to understand for the most part but i was able to make it work. the cheapest backstop i’ve seen anywhere so it was worth a try to get it.

Great product, assembly labor required
Great, effective product... assembly (stringing net pieces and drilling to existing goal) may be a lot for some

Great quality
Great quality. A little hard to get the net on the frame because the toggles are very tight. Not as much bounce as we’d hoped to find in a rebounder but better than most.
